I attended a conference at the Maple Hill Farm B&B , and my husband and I drove down and stayed there the night before due to my knee surgery. We were delighted at the setting, the first floor accommodations, and the wonderful breakfast the next morning. Such a restful setting, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this B&B...

This is the best B&B I've ever stayed in. The owners live and breath the concept of customer service and provide an amazingly comfortable experience--everything was perfect.

We stayed here visiting friends in nearby Hallowell and Gardiner in addition to sightseeing in Augusta. Located slightly off the beaten path, this B&B as nonetheless easy to find and the experience was one of the best B&B experiences I've ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was outstanding...try the blueberry French toast stuffed with cream...

I was very lucky to be placed here when my reservation at another of Augusta's best hotels fell through. This was the best overnight stay I have ever had. They made me feel at home. I have never felt so comfortable and the Eggs Benedict Arnold for breakfast was the best. The only regret I have is that my stay...

This B&B is a hidden treasure, from the cozy inviting rooms to the lush, well manicured lawns with flowers and wildlife blossoming everywhere. The owner's and staff of Maple Hills make you feel special and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I loved the homey atmosphere, beautiful fireplaces, charming dining room, porches with over-sized wooden rockers to...

My daughter and I recently took advantage of the low Spring rates to treat ourselves to a relaxing over-night. The highlight for us was the outdoor hot tub nestled in the birch trees. Luxurious feeling robes were supplied for wearing to and from the tub. The Inn is filled with many interesting books. There is a full-service bar if you...

Our visit was for a brief April getaway over the long winter. We booked just a one night stay, but should have booked an entire week at Maple Hill Farm. Scott met us at the front desk on arrival. This was greatly appreciated, as in most B & B's you ring a bell and wait, sometimes 20 minutes for the...

Maple Hill is a wonderful energy efficient farm and B&B nestled in the woods of central Maine. The service and scenery were top notch, but my room was spectacular. I particularly enjoyed the giant whirlpool tub and followed it up with a nap on the coziest king-size bed I've ever slept in. The fireplace kicked on and off as I...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our reviews say it all. Serving the Augusta Maine area, Maple Hill Farm is a small boutique hotel that perfectly combines true eco-consciousness, country serenity, relaxing comfort, and fine amenities. Surrounded by acres of rolling fields and woods, including an active bird feeder and a barn full of llamas and chickens, this is Maine's first certified "Environmental Leader" green lodging establishment with a huge solar electric array plus solar hot water and its own wind turbine. Huge double whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, and private decks accentuate some guest rooms.
