We had a nice private site. There are beautiful trees and the owners were super friendly. The bath house was clean but aging. The wifi was not good and there was a bit of road noise on the upper sites. You are very close to Greenville.

We really enjoyed our stay at Moosehead Family Campground. Our site was very nice and partially in an old apple orchard so there was some shade which was nice as it was a very hot and humid weekend. The place was very clean and basic. The location to town was perfect and the owners could not have been friendlier or...

No frills but all the necessities, roomy sites and a clean shower/bath. Friendly owners that were available but not overbearing. 10 pm quiet time with free coffee and donuts on weekends. We will stay again if we return to the area. My kind of place!

We stayed here in anticipation of going on a moose tour. We have booked a 6 AM trip and an afternoon cruise on the lake. The location is close to a grocery store and gasoline station. Greenville is just a short drive North with gift shops and small restaurants. The campground is small and quiet, with water & electric. A...

Lovely campground with spacious sites. The owners live on the property and were very helpful and friendly. Many folks had campfires in the chilly evenings. Plenty of wood available at the campground office for a nominal fee. The sites had lovely trees and open spaces but with plenty of privacy. Would stay there again definitely!

Loved this place! My boyfriend and I stayed over Fourth of July weekend and were thoroughly impressed. I've gone to Greenville countless times and always stayed at Lily Bay with my family, but this time we wanted to try something new. Very clean, friendly staff, close to the center of town. Nice, private sites. Lots of woods and grasses which...

Bob and Lillian are the hosts with the most! They are friendly and knowledgable. Our site was #28. We had plenty of space (35' fifth wheel)...near the facilities and good wifi. I did it use the bathrooms, so I can't comment. This was a one week stay. We have reservations for August/September 2016

Wonderful setting, a hidden gem. If private campsites, shaded with fragrant pines, nestled among fruit orchard trees is your idea of a great Maine getaway, then this is the place to be. Quiet, yet close to town, but still has a wilderness feel. Hosts were awesome! Vehicle broke down & they helped arrange repairs & extended our check out time...

I was in the Greenville area for a hiking trip, and I was looking for a place to camp closer to town. I found this place, and I am so glad that I stayed here! The woman who helped me at the front office/camp store was super nice, and informed me of all the available campsites. I came little later...
