Oh man! The food is great. Each morning we were delighted with unique and delicious 3-course meals. The hosts go over and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and have a good time. They provide many amenities such as wifi, which was an unfortunate necessity for me since I had to bit of school work on our vacation. The hosts...

What a wonderful, eloquent review! We so appreciate that you enjoyed our great old inn, and all the opportunities the yard and porch offer for relaxation. We think have great guests too, and our breakfast times are always enjoyable. We hope that you come back again and again!

Mark & Nancy run a very warm and charming B&B out of this historical building near downtown Freeport. The Inn is a lovely antique building close enough to all the shopping and dining if you prefer to walk a bit, but not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle so you can have a bit of peace...

I enjoyed a wonderful fall weekend in Freeport at the Kendall Tavern Inn. I was in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. My first night I stayed with my girl friends. The host, Mark, was friendly and knowledgeable. We asked to have a fire at night and he was happy to accommodate. I eat a gluten free diet...

Thank you for the compliments. Nancy really does a fantastic job preparing a delicious breakfast. Good food is an important part of a relaxing stay. It was a weekend full of good food and good friends. Plus you did a terrific job with the fire. I don't think any other guests have had better outdoor skills. I know the bride...

This was my first B & B experience, and my husband had a last minute emergency and couldn't join me. So I was in this romantic place alone, but I felt surrounded by family. I arrived super late and I called Mark and he arranged everything so I could just walk in and crash. We chatted next morning about how...

You laughed only once. I guess I need new material. Glad you enjoyed your stay. I know you and several other couples were in Freeport to attend a friend's wedding. The bride and groom are truly fortunate to help such a wonderful group of friends. We enjoyed having all of you as our guest. And I glad that in a...

My husband Joe and I stayed at the Kendall Tavern Inn last weekend to attend our daughter's Parents' weekend at Bates College. It was perfect! That was a great weekend. It was fun to host you and the other parents that came to see their son's and daughter's at Bates. It is always more fun when we have a full house for the weekend. Plus it means the cookies will be eaten by guests before I give into temptation. We try very hard so it...

We enjoyed our stay at Kendall Tavern Inn, in early September. It was a last minute reservation and we are so glad that they had an opening. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious and Nancy accommodated my food allergy perfectly. The inn always smelled so inviting, with the baking going on during the day. And the...

Visited Freeport at the beginning of September 2016 and enjoyed Mark and Nancy's warm hospitality and Nancy's excellent breakfasts. The Inn is located close enough to walk into town but far enough away to enjoy quiet time sitting on the front porch. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience a few weeks ago at the Kendall Tavern Inn. Very centrally located and an easy walk into downtown Freeport. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Each morning the food was fantastic and the conversation among both guests and the hosts welcoming and enjoyable. We can't wait to return again.
