I go here yearly for a weekend away package. Rooms are wonderful, restaurants both are great. Nice cozy sitting room with fireplace and tea at 3:00. Staff always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is fabulous

Always a wonderful stay. Fireplace in room was so inviting. Dinner in the dinning room this time was amazing! Also the Broad Arrow Tavern is always delicious! Afternoon Tea in the lovely front room with fireplace is included as well as a breakfast buffet. On Sundays for an added charge is their one of a kind Sunday Brunch features Lobster,...

Everything was wonderful and the food was scrumptious. A great place to spend my birthday. The desserts were unbelievable. Our server Stephanie was amazing. Thanks to all there that made my birthday and visit truly memorable.

We're so glad that your birthday brunch was such a happy celebration! Chef Elizabeth DeFranco is the incredible talent who puts together our popular Sunday Brunch and the reason why we've been voted Best Brunch in the State of Maine by Down East Magazine several years in a row. Have a great year and we hope to see you again...

This place has a great location. Beyond that it's overpriced and under serviced. Believe me, you can do better for less money. Rooms are clean. Staff is indifferent. Restaurants (tried both) are disappointing. I recommend that you stay in Portland and commute.

Thank you for your review. We're very glad you enjoyed our location! It's convenient to be able to park your car and walk everywhere, and Freeport is a friendly village for walking about. LLBean's flagship store in the center of the village is also the bus stop for the shuttle to Portland which runs frequently to and from the "big...

The Inn is really pretty and the tea in the afternoon is really delightful, served in a very beautiful room with fire in the fireplace. The room we had in the carriage house, was good, only issue was the ceiling was slanted where the head of the bed was, so a little weird, but overall a pretty room - clean...

We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us! The front rooms in our Carriage House do have sloping eaves on the second floor. This historic home was built in the late 1700's and has some architectural details common to antique capes, one of them being the sloping eaves. We appreciate your review and hope to see you again! Best regards,...

As frequent Freeport visitors, my family has stayed at the Harraseeket several times. It is by far the best hotel in Freeport. Staff: All of the staff are accommodating, friendly and helpful. It's family run inn and I have seen the family eating together in the broad arrow tavern. Hotel/Grounds: The inn is very tasteful inside and out. The rooms...

If you visit Freeport, you have to stay at the Harraseeket in. It is a beautiful, traditional, family owned New England Inn. The rooms are comfortable, there are fireplaces everywhere, and the food (in two restaurants) is excellent and locally sourced. Plus you are within walking distance of LL Bean, Thomas Moser, and outlets for every store you can think...

Thank you for taking the time to make such kind comments after such a traumatic event. We're so glad your mother was okay after her fall. The Mercy Hospital walk-in clinic is close to the inn and it's very, very good. They've always treated our own 84 year old mother with skill and compassion whenever she needed immediate medical attention....

We just love this place and stay here for a couple of days every time we come to Boston. The inn is situated in the beautiful village of Freeport and within walking distance of all the outlet shops including LL Bean which is open 24/7 365 days a year so this is a big plus if you have jet lag...

Whenever we go to LL Bean we eat at the Harraseeket Inn tavern. The food is exceptionally good and the wait staff is very professional and pleasant.
