The rooms are older but clean and have everything we needed. There were some problems with the maid service but that was corrected the minute we told the front desk. Excellent breakfast, not your usual coffee, danish and juice. Loved it. Could not have asked for better people to work with in all areas - front desk, restaurant and especially... More

Our room was nicely furnished, clean, located on the "quiet side" of the harbor. Always an improvement or two each year. We prefer 2nd floor, water view, with balcony overlooking Commercial Street where most of the shops, restaurants, docks & wharves to book cruises are located. Convenient footbridge nearby leads to Commercial St. and minimizes the need to drive. Staff... More

I totally enjoyed my stay at the Boothbay Harbor Inn. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the evenings sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching the sun set over the harbor. It was also convenient and fun to walk the footbridge over to the tourist shops and piers. I plan on staying again in the future.

We chose a bayview room and were delighted with our view of and proximity to the footbridge that leads into town. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the Keurig machine, fridge and microwave for late evening snacks! The staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant allowed for more than adequate complimentary breakfast and delicious dinners - their... More

Inn is nice and clean, comfortable beds, great view of the harbor-- that was breathtaking, so close to the restaurants and shops-- never had to drive anywhere. So conveniently located... Great staff... And most of all pet friendly!!! My pets enjoyed their stay too. And the best sunset at boothbay... We'll definitely stay again.

The hotel room was very clean. The maid staff was amazing. I had Molly as the maid staff for the week I was there. The day after checkin, I had spoken to her, when she realized I was staying for the week, she supplied me with an entired box of Keurig coffee just to make sure I would have enough... More

I shared a room with my sister-in-law in June while in town to visit the Maine Botanical Gardens a couple miles away. The location of the Inn is terrific with beautiful views of the harbor and an easy drive to the Gardens (highly recommended!!!). All we needed was a place to crash for the night as we were in late... The Inn was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in. Paul who took our reservation was friendly and very helpful. The manager on duty when we got there was also friendly and helpful she even let us check in a little early. The only complaint I have is the buffet was nice enough the hot food was cold.... More

We were on a bus trip and had a problem with the room we were assigned-- I spoke with the front desk manager, Paul, and explained our problem to him . Even though the hotel was pretty full, Paul was able to help us -- making our trip there an enjoyable one. Without this move, our visit there would not... More

and rundown overpriced place. While the hotel rooms are generally clean it is dated and generally run down. The woman at the front desk was generally pleasant but was "new" and not helpful. When I spoke to the manager for information, he was accommodating. The place seems to cater to tour groups and large buses. The breakfast is typical highly... More
