We arrived just after the summer season ended. The rates had dropped and the restaurant was closed for dinner for the season. We were greeted by a friendly woman at the main desk. We got a nice clean room on the main floor with great views. Good buffet breakfast in the restaurant with an unbelievable view of the harbor. I...

Great views, comfortable room and bed with amenities (coffee machine, refrig, microwave), and a very good breakfast. We were on the first floor, so convenient as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We stayed over night on 17 Sep. the owner was wonderful- very helpful and friendly. We loved the front rooms where you could just sit and look at the bay. Very convenient to have the tea and coffee there, as well as the homemade cookies. Our room was beside the office and was wonderful - it had a small separate...

Located next to the bridge leading to town we felt this was an ideal location....away from the honky-tonk which is Boothbay Harbor. we used it as a jumping off spot to tour the general area. There is nothing major to complain about nor nothing to rave about....it's a place to sleep for tired active tourists. Breakfast was included and it...

It's a great location - people at desk were friendly; view was great but there are some issues they should address: No coffee pods or coffee cups in room; wall beside sink dirty; curtains falling off rods; bed not too comfortable; shower stall old and stained; shower bar in shower broken off and not replaced. Restaurant was okay - service...

We spend three nights at this wonderful Inn which was on the water and had exceptional view of the harbour. The hotel room was very clean and housekeeping came in each day to replace towels, shampoos etc. Breakfast was fine, and make sure you go to the back room so you can enjoy the view of the harbour before starting...

The hotel which sits on Boothbay Harbor is relatively old; carpeting is well worn, carpet and room furniture have a number of stains. The sheet on our bed appeared to have dried blood on it. Very convenient to town, shops, restaurants; just a short walk over a wooden bridge which is partially lighted at night. The hotel still uses door...

Stayed one night. Free parking although took a while to get a space. Restaurant was closed that night but were given a 10% discount voucher for a neighbouring restaurant. Breakfast good, plenty of choice of hot and cold, pity everything served in paper cups and plates. Very welcoming staff at reception and in the breakfast room. Room (3rd floor) was...

This is a really cool place to stay in an out of the way little town. I won't say the rooms were luxurious or newly renovated, but they were clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The best part about this place was that it was right on the bay. We had a power outage when we were there so...
