The rooms are immaculate and thoroughly equipped- from iron to umbrella. Delightful breakfast room and dinners are optional- just order by 3 for that day's dinner time (6-8:30). Loads to see, do and eat nearby in a classic Maine coastal setting.

We stayed in the "Blue Fin" . It's on the 1st floor and it was nice that we could just go out our door (instead of stairs) to a little sitting area. We pulled the patio chairs out at first and sat in the sun and just absorbed our wonderful view. It was a little windy but we bundled up....

At the end of Bailey Island you will find a lovely and welcoming stay at a family operated country Inn . The owners are very friendly and helpful. Relax on the beautiful deck overlooking the sound or watch the sunset. Home cooked breakfast in the morning gets you ready for the day. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would love...

We decided to end our vacation with a one night stay on Bailey Island, at the recommendation of a friend.  We chose the Sunset Room of the Log Cabin Inn.  We checked in an hour or so before sunset and asked the person who checked us in for recommendations for dinner.  She didn’t seem to think anywhere local was that...

In a few short words. it gets better every time.. We just love it here. The rooms are immaculate, the food is great. They treat you like family. Ask anyone where to go. what to do and you will get a detailed verbal list of the places they love as much as you will.

My husband and I stayed at the Log Cabin as a celebration of our 25th anniversary. We stayed in the Wiseman for a little less than a week. The view from the deck was breathtaking (including a couple of amazing sunsets). The Inn provides everything you could possibly want...cotton balls, lotion, soap, shampoo, mints and candies, free samples of olive...

Our group of six spent a night during our coastal Maine motorcycle trip at the Log Cabin Inn. The rooms were nicely appointed, the heated pool a welcome relaxation after riding 150 miles that day. The grounds were beautiful with their flower gardens. Everything was very clean with attention to detail. The breakfast was great and the muffins and egg...

Stayed two nights in the Mt washington room on the 2nd floor. Huge room with a private balcony with great views of Mt washington, 90 miles away. Fully functional kitchen, complete stocking of pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. Hot tub on the balcony. Ceiling fans and plenty of windows ensure a nice cool room, but air conditioning units ensure comfort even...

We had one night stay in this lovely place. Our room was filled with comfortable, homey decorated touches, that felt like a friends home rather than a hotel. All rooms faced the water, with private balconies/patio. We enjoyed a spectacular sunset from our patio. Breakfast was ample and well served, also with a water view. Inn keepers are very friendly...

We have stayed at the Log Cabin Inn several times and enjoyed it. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and well furnished, but the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We felt is necessary to leave after one night. They were however kind enough to refund our second night according to their policies.
