While the rooms were superbly decorated and the general living space lovely, we had high hopes of the food as it is celebrated on the website as 'full gourmet breakfast'. Microwaved omelettes, frozen French toast fingers, cheap fake syrup and quasi-meat like sausage did not fit the bill! Nice place to stay otherwise.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP & NEW MANAGEMENT. The home has been completely renovated with a deep cleaning, fresh paint, and combination of new and antique fine furnishings. We serve a mutli-course gourmet breakfast prepared by our Innkeeper who is a Northwestern State graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management & Tourism and Culinary Arts. I loved sitting on the porch of this beautiful Victorian house in late afternoon and talking with the Inn Keepers. Both Meschelle and Pam are very lively, fun, cosmopolitan people. The clean, well-kept B and B made me feel like I was stepping back into a more gracious time. I loved the classic breakfast served family style in the stunningly...

My name is David Allen and I'm from St Louis Missouri. I had the great pleasure to vist natchitoches this past weekend for the jazz festival. and to get to stay at the Maison Louisiane, from the 15th to the 20th. I would like to thank the staff, Pam Steele and Mecshelle Kochinsky for a wonderful time. It was so...

My husband and I got married here at the Maison and it was the most wonderful experiences of our lives. Pam, the innkeeper, was absolutely incredible. She answered every email I sent her before the wedding and during our wedding weekend, she fine tuned the balance of being available but not intrusive. Our whole family stayed in the house and...

Went here on a girls' trip and stayed in the cottage outside the main house. It had so much potential, but unfortunately fell a little short of being a charming experience. The couch was stained, the kitchen a little dirty, and it didn't look like much effort had been put into decorating. Their web site mentioned "wine and refreshments" in...

First off, this customer waited an entire year+ to comment on their stay. I do not recall this customer and their issues. NEVER would I serve the same breakfast each morning to guests during their stay. Rest assured, I know how to prepare numerous breakfast items and do so. If you are with me more than one night you will...

One in a while you experience a B & B that makes you wish you would have just stayed at home and unfortunately, this is what happened to us here. The entire experience was a nightmare...embarrassing rooms, dusty floors, no comfortable furniture to sit on in the living room, a porch that needed repairs and a very plain and unappealing...

I had a wonderful stay at the Maison Louisiane. The owners are wonderful and extremely accommodating! All of the rooms are beautiful and wonderfully kept. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a BnB. I plan on going back and staying here again. I would reccommend this BnB to everyone!
