Stayed her while on business at a price of £52 including breakfast! Yes the place is tired and a bit grubby in places but I couldn't grumble at the price. Room was ok, warm, comfy just a bit dated! The only thing that did surprise me was the guy in the gym trying to charge me £4 to use??? Really???...

I had been to this hotel wen it was a part of Barcelo and came back this year with the family hoping for a nice stay. I was unpleasently surprised how bad it is now. The hotel needs a deep clean throughout. Customer service is terrible. The pool and sauna are nice, but the chap at the gym was quite...

My family and I visited the hotel today with high expectations. It is my parent's 51st wedding anniversary and we thought it would be just the place for a cup of coffee or tea and a slice of cake. Our immense disappointment is still with us. There was no coffee as the machine was broken and no cake but still...

It was like staying in Faulty Towers . We could not believe this kind of service is allowed to happen . Is it really a 4 star ? When we arrived it looked ok , old so we knew the rooms would be a bit tatty . The first room was at the front and the noise from the traffic...

I am a group organiser and had to change hotels at short notice. The reports worried me a lot on here,so I spoke to the hotel staff and head office about my concerns. They assured me it would be ok and management had changed. All 63 people who stayed that weekend said they WOULD stay again!!!! All rooms were very...

I can only judge this establishment on the 'dining experience' as although my colleagues stayed here (and inform me they will never return!), I read the reviews before booking a room and elected to drive 60 miles to stay at home instead! The hotel is obviously in need of investment, it looks, feels and smells like a (hideously decorated) nursing...

We stayed here as part of a large group the hotel had been booked in a hurry as our venue changed. I read the reviews and was dreading staying here. We checked in, the lady was lovely and very helpful. We went to our room noticing how clean everywhere looked on the way. We were on the third floor and...

The place is filthy. As we arrived we were told we had been upgraded as they never put people in the budget rooms (worrying!) Room was freezing and dirty. Went for dinner, asked if we could have a main as a starter (cous cous in pepper) sp they just bought a plate of cous cous! Steak was raw in the...

I flew in around 16 people from Europe for a workshop who stayed at this hotel. The list of complaints was incredible - small beds, moldy rooms, a/c units which wouldn't turn off, narrow baths where the shower curtain stuck to you..and that's just the rooms. One of my colleagues used the gym and was charged £4 (I'm well traveled...
