Derek was friendly and got us to the airport quickly and helpful with luggage. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and water hot. The staff was helpful. The restaurant / bar staff was friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again on next visit.

This year saw some sketchy reviews, but I had no problems. The hotel is a bit old but everything was clean, my dinner was fine, and the shuttle was reliable. My room was quiet and comfortable. The shower was hot.

First the good - the gentleman working the front desk in the evening when I arrived, John, was really incredible. Friendly and accommodating and you could really tell that he wanted everyone to feel comfortable. HOWEVER, the hotel is under construction. Which should be understandable, but both the parking lot and the hotel itself were under construction. Maybe a warning before check in? I honestly thought it was an abandoned property in the middle of an industrial parking lot. I actually had to ask someone outside - is this the Hilton? It had total haunted mansion vibes. I had to park super far away because… well I don’t know why there were so many cars everywhere (they had “airport parking” signs idk)… Then in the morning the bathtub was stuck on with water pouring out so I ran to the bedside phone to call the front desk for help, but the phone apparently was decorative and not in service so I had to run down in my jammies to seek help - very stressful when you need a shower and have a flight to catch. Then I waited and waited for someone to come while water was pouring into the bathtub. So I called down from my cellphone and asked if I could be moved into another room so I could shower and was told yes and to come down again, when I got down, was then told the hotel was overbooked already. Ok so why did you make me come downstairs in my pajamas a second time? Anyway, it got fixed eventually. Housekeeping came knocking TWICE in the morning, once around 8 and once around 10 - maybe because they were overbooked and wanted me out?? Checkout was 11 and it’s not like they were looking to clean my room for me ….sooooo much needless stress. And that’s really the problem. I picked the hotel because I don’t know the area and it had the Hilton name so I assumed I would be in good hands here the night before my flight. This is not an assumption I will make ever again. I would pick a different airport hotel if you are in need of one.

Called in on a flight layover. The lobby was a construction site. Tried to get a coffee in the bar and the waitress ignored me. After 10 minutes a colleague took pity on me. Went back and hour later for food and was ignored again! Finally ordered after 30 minutes and a complaint to the manager and a jack hammer started up. Avoid. Would have given zero, but have to give at least one...

Rodents in the rooms. Not clean. Dirty carpets. Outdated rooms. Transportation pickup to and from the airport takes forever even though the hotel is basically on airport property. Might as well be miles away because that’s how long it takes to be picked up.

We take any issues of pests extremely seriously and had a third party perform a thorough inspection upon receiving your review. The results were negative, but we did take extra precautions to ensure the room does not contain pests of any kind. We contract with a vendor for preventative pest control, and we have random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control and overall cleanliness standards are maintained. Lisa in the 2nd line is the bomb! She made my experience amazing and I love this place! The food is great! Service and staff are so helpful and we love it!😍 Thank you 🙏 having a shuttle at the hotel is extremely helpful as well! With a restaurant on grounds it made things very simple. I will be back!

Derek O. Got me to the airport safely and quickly. He was so nice to help with the bags and made nice conversation. Highly reccomend! The parking service was fine just got the tag at the front desk and then went on my way. Second time using their service and will use again.

At check in the assistant told me that they were not taking reservations and I explained I did have a reservation. She was very unfriendly. She said okay and nothing else. I asked are you saying my room isn’t ready, she said yes. I was like okay no problem. I went back at 3 and asked if the room was ready, I was told no but would be calling when it was ready. We went sat in the bar and visited with other Association members. I noticed that others were checking in so I went back and my room was ready. Never got a phone call. I was told that the tax exemption form I had would not work. I had an association member sign a new form. Next day, I was informed that that form would not work either and a new form needed to be completed, I did another and submitted. Keep in mind I travel for work often, use the same tax exemption form and have never had a problem. I was there with 64 other parish officials all supplying tax exemption forms. We did have the whole issue with no water but I know the hotel had no control over that. At check out I was told my invoice would be emailed. The associate that checked me out was the only professional and friendly person in encounter. I called the next day because I still had not received it, I was told she was working on it. The lady I talked too, was also very unfriendly. I did finally get the email invoice and guess what, taxes were not taken off.

I frequent this location often for work and the hotel employees operate efficiently. Jamaal, the shuttle driver, is right on the scheduled shuttle times even late at night, which is a plus because after a flight I just want to get to my next space, his shuttle is clean he drives safe, great attitude. Jamaal is just a real professional.. Ms. Bridget at the front never has visitors waiting long times to get into a room. She has the rooms available and quick to check right in. I appreciate the employees at this hotel. Hope everyone's experience is like mine.
