Well since I have given a bad review about my bad experience a year ago, I owe it to the camp ground to leave a good one of my recent visit. My wife, myself, and my 2 kids went to visit some friends that rented a site for the labor day weekend. They campground has cleaned up nice for the...

When we arrived we were given wrist bands and a car pass, no schedule, no rules, no list of amenities or a map showing location of our cite or bath houses. We rented a premium cite that included very poor wifi and very snowy cable TV. Nightly rate paid approx $50. Never received a receipt. A ditch runs along the...

Scenic campground is a hidden gem with a clean, safe, friendly environment with lots of activities for families! Came up for Mardi Gras in a 35ft motor coach and toad. Parked on a big pull through site among pines and commuted into New Orleans (about a 30 min drive across Ponchartrain) for fun and sightseeing and then spent our evenings...

My most favorite campground in the state! I could sit in the creek all day! Lots of stuff to do for families. I have rented units before and they were always clean and in good working conditions. I have also camped in a tent and had no problems. I am hoping there is a spot open in a couple weeks...

We are new to camping and we heard many great things about Land O Pines. So for our very first camping trip we booked a weekend. We had a great time. Everyone is friendly and lent a hand to help. Campers are respectful to the rules and other fellow campers. The grounds are clean. There are lots of activities for...

So my fiance, our two kids, and myself decided to take a mini vacation before schoold starts on Tuesday and Wednesday before school starts.... my fiance called to ask about different stuff. She was told that a golf cart rental was $8/day & the waterslide was $14/day for an all day pass. They also told her that the pool was...

We do not offer golf cart rentals here but if you rent one from Golf Cart world or another renter we charge an $8 fee per day to bring the golf cart into the campground. I don't know the exact date or time of your check in but In the month of August the pool IS OPEN DAILY from 10am...

Overall we had fun. The water slide was awesome and the creek was better. The pool, goats, biking, mini golf and games gave us even more options of things to do. We rented a camper and although an older model it was clean with cold AC. After checking out the website they always seem to have something going on. Personally...

Hello and thanks for your review. I have to say that I completely understand your complaint and I think it is a valid issue. I can't promise anything but I do plan on running this No smoking idea pass the Manger. I think its worth considering. Thanks again. Laurie @ Land-O-Pines
