rooms were decent. front desk wouldn't answer phone to take wake up call request one bed made one day, the other not. Lobby bathroom had no soap or towels to dry hands. Pool was greenish, and spa out of order.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. My husband is one who always checks the sheets before we get in bed. It was a good thing he did--lots of hair in our bed! The last guest's opened drinks were still in the mini-fridge, and there was hair all over the bathroom (in obvious places, where housekeeping should have seen...

My husband & I travel allot. This hotel has made our minds up of which chain to stay with from now on. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the customer service was above our expectations, the breakfast was good. The stag goes above & beyond for the customer. We will be back again.

We rolled in late in the evening after a long day of travel. The host/hostess were so kind, considerate and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and met our needs very well. But the beds! The bed was the most comfortable mattress that I have slept on in years! It was amazing! And there was a selection of softness of pillows...

Seems to be a common issues w/ Hampton Inns lately, the A/C units just cannot exchange the humidity from the rooms during the summer, & rooms are highly humid & uncomfortable. Also the room I selected online was unavailable at check in due to maintenance issues, as stated by the desk clerk. Give this property a C- grade.

The hotel was nice overall. We chose a suite style room which was HUGE. It had two bathrooms. The breakfast was standard restaurant fare so we skipped it for something more nutritious. It is easy access off Highway 10 but it is also RIGHT on the highway so you will have the traffic noise.
