I stayed at 1898 Red Bud for 4 nights in July. It was just lovely. The nicest thing was how friendly Suzann, the proprietor was. She was so understanding the night I came in very very (very) late after getting lost driving on winding roads in central KY in the dark! The bed was like heaven. Her breakfasts were delicious...

We had the best service. Suzanne was always willing to help us, yet she gave of our space. The Oak room was fantastic. Great antiques took you back in time. The location of the house is close to so many interesting places to visit. The breakfast was fantastic and was setup on the front porch. What a thrill, the food...

My husband & I were in Wilmore for the wedding of a friend! We travel ALOT and didn't want to stay in the confines of a hotel room. Staying at the Red Bud allowed us the luxury and warmth of a home! Suzann was an excellent host; the house was immaculate, the breakfast was amazing. She met us upon arrival...

My wife and I came to the 1898 Red Bud for our 20th anniversary. They are located just outside the Lexington, Kentucky area. We loved the bed and found it hard to wake up - sleep was so great! They really made our time together there very special!

I recently had an opportunity to try this B&B for the first time. Making a reservation at a historic home can be intimidating, lest you find yourself staying in a home that's simply old. However, the 1898 Red Bud B&B was more than I anticipated. While the decor and antiques are clearly original pieces, the Inn itself is comfortable without...

My husband and I wanted a quiet, comfortable, and clean b&b near places to visit in central Kentucky. The 1898 Redbud B&B was all that and more. The house has been lovingly restored to it's original look with period antiques tastefully displayed in a low key kind of way. The bedroom was ample in size, the bed and linens were...

My husband and I were delighted to find this Hidden Gem....just outside of Lexington. We found the B and B to be welcoming, the bed was comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, and the family antiques added to the overall charm. We plan to visit again when our travels take us to the Lexington area. Pat and Stuart

We have stayed here before and of course chose it again! Zuzana's attention to detail and wonderful breakfasts are awesome. Always clean and very comfortable. If you will be in the area I would recommend you stay here away from all the have hubbub but close enough to get to it if you wish.

My mom and I went to Lexington just for a little weekend getaway. We were quite pleased with our experience at Red Bud B&B. Although I cannot attest to what appears to be a delicious breakfast, as Suzann was out of town, the hospitality we were shown was enough for us to highly recommend this B&B! Suzann gave us several...

Many great things -- the gracious hostess, the cloud-like bed, the gourmet breakfast, the cleanliness of the premises -- combine to present a restful and sheltered place to land after (in my case) a very long, nine-hour journey on the road. I felt safe and at peace in this delightful inn. For all you prospectively weary travelers -- this place...
