The front staff was outstanding. They were very accommodating about changing our room to a higher floor. The hotel itself is very well maintained and clean. The breakfast area was taken care of by Connie and Alexis. Not only did they keep the sparkling, the food was always in good supply and they were pleasant and helpful to all the...

Dining Area. Connie and Alexis did a great job with breakfast, cleanliness and always keeping things stocked. Plus, great personalities. Thanks for making our stay as usual rememberable. We stay here every April and October. We are all from Florida. Thanks again, great job Connie and Alexis. Michael and Judy Winthrop.

Excellent, clean and staff nice. The pool was a little cool, but otherwise everything else good. Breakfast good. Looks like the hotel is new. A couple of restaurants in front and a Walmart next door. Yes, we would come back.

Pool was out of service and I feel like the staff wasn't worried about getting it fixed anytime soon!!! Terrible service with pool issue! The problem is sill not resolved!! Some of the staff was rude to some of the parents asking about the pool and when it might be fixed! Just not the best experience!!!!

We were told this hotel is recently under new ownership and going through staff changes. It was an awful experience and not the service or accommodations you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Evening staff was not friendly or helpful, some were just downright rude. Housekeeping was short staffed so rooms were not getting cleaned. We needed to request towels,...

I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express, and this time was no different. Nice facilities, friendly staff, and complimentary breakfast. We were about 10-15 minutes from Fort Knox and close to the intersection of two major highways. I used the exercise center which had a treadmill, cycle, and elliptical, as well as some free weights. Stayed two nights and...

I stayed here on a previous business trip, so I thought I’d stay again. I was pleasantly greeted from the front desk upon arrival. Due to my exhaustion from an early departure, I took a nap upon entering. When I got up to put things arrive, I noticed not one, but several french fries on the floor (from the nearby...

The front desk service was friendly and efficient. The room was large, clean, quite, and very comfortable. The breakfast was about as good as you get as a complimentary breakfast. We didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities, but we did see that they had a nice pool and small but we'll equipped exercise or fitness room. I...
