We recently visited Louisville and stayed at the Brown Hotel. The purpose of our Kentucky visit was touring numerous Bourbon distilleries along the Bourbon Trail. The Brown Hotel was absolutely the perfect "home base" as we visited the city distilleries, Churchill Downs and the Muhammad Ali Center as well as distilleries outside of Louisville. The rooms were perfect, the lobby...

I, and several hundred others from the Sons of the American Revolution stay and have meetings at the Brown Hotel at least twice a year. Each time, they seek to improve on their service, even though we continually rate them at Excellant. This level of service is from the driver on the Shuttle to and from the Airport, to the...

The Brown Hotel transports you to 'another time' with it's Old World, Classic feel. However, it does so without compromising modern conveniences and benefits. My wife and I celebrated her birthday there this past weekend and we were both very impressed. The staff was attentive and kind. The facility is a pleasure to simply walk through and study. Our room...

The Brown Hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to get to visit the rooftop garden to see the sunset-the employee who went with us was so sweet and charming. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Louisville.

My fourth trip to Louisville and the Brown. Every time, I have been greeted as though I never left. The hospitality, ambiance, facility and food is excellent and I am compelled to carry a notebook next time to take names of the wonderful people that make my stays so memorable.

First class hotel. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Room was well sized compared to other hotels. The bed was perfect and I enjoyed three good nights of rest. The Brown Hotel is within easy walking distance of many venues. I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel a minimum of twice a year since 2000. We always stay on the 13th floor. Complimentary snacks and wine are available. The room is spacious and service is outstanding. Restaurants are tops in every respect. The history and decor of the place is tops.

I spent several days here to attend a semi-annual conference held at the Brown, and am familiar with the hotel's extraordinarily high standards. They did not disappoint. Attending to the smallest details, the rooms were fastidious, the maid service faultless, the wait staff courteous in the extreme, and the bed was an experience in comfort I wish I could pack...

We spent a ladie's night here and loved every second of it. Every employee we met was kind, helpful and professional. We listened to Brad play the piano in the lobby bar/restaurant...amazing. We had a club room and enjoyed a nice selection of wines and beers, and the hors d'ouvres selection was quite large. The breakfast in the club lounge...
