When we travel, we make an attempt to stay at some of the countries historic hotels. The Brown Hotel was a fantastic choice. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating that it elevated the stay....first class. This was a relaxing stay with family before the holidays and nothing disappointed. The rooms are fabulous, especially if you stay on one...

The staff is absolutely fantastic. The lobby is very lovely. It reminds me of The Pfister and The Hotel DuPont. We had a large corner room. It was very comfortable and clean. The room itself was more modern. The single cup coffee maker was in the armoire and a bit difficult to use as the tray didn't allow it to...

This place is simply opulent...first class in every aspect. Had to have the original Hot Brown and it puts all imitators to shame! Fantastic. The service was first-rate as well...I have no idea who our Hostess was but she was just full of energy!! A must stop place in Louisville.

We met up with 3 other couples in Louisville for a get together and overnight stay. The hotel was very lovely and comfortable. We stayed on the concierge floor so we could have space to gather together in the lounge area. The space was very small and the concierge area was very crowded. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast was...

This is a wonderful historic property. Room was good size (we booked Deluxe King), bath was modern. Service was great throughout, just what you'd expect from a first class hotel. We felt really special. The decor was beautiful. Had breakfast in the cafe, late dinner in Lobby Bar, and both were excellent.

The facility is a wonderful part of history. It is nostalgic, beautiful and welcoming. The staff (on all levels of employ) are all exceptionally nice and sincerely hospitable. Due to the age of the building, the rooms can be noisy

Couldn't have asked for more. Very clean. The staff were courteous and attentive. Our breakfast and lunch were great. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and happy. They had great attitudes and always had a smile. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying downtown. We will certainly be back.

The service at the Brown is exemplary. Every facet of the operation is first class. Not overly expense. We got a package which included 2 cocktails, free breakfast and free valet for $237... good shopping I thought!
