By far this is a "must" hotel to stay at during your travels. We stayed at a competitor earlier in the week and were truly disappointed! Lesson learned; when traveling through Louisville we will only stay here. Thank you once again for an amazing stay!...More

Gorgeous lobby and great rooms. Very comfortable beds. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Close to 4th Street Live, so there are several good restaurants in the area to walk to. The Lobby Bar has excellent food as well.
I stayed here for a week during a seminar. The hotel is very nice with a rich history. The staff is professional and courteous. I like the downtown location. The rooms are quiet, clean and very classy.
Pleasant historic hotel. Good accommodations. Outstanding guest services. The staff are the stars at this national landmark! Room furnishings could use a bit of refinishing and bathroom door and frame were dinged with paint missing. Expected a bit more polish for a hotel of this...More
