We love coming to the Brown. We manage to get down every March for a few days. Great rooms, great food great service. The staff tend to stay and it is wonderful to have them remember us from year to year.

Our family stayed in Louisville one night over spring break. We had a large room with two double beds. At first inspection, the room appeared generally clean and well maintained. However, when we turned down one of the beds to go to sleep, the sheets were covered with dark hair. I called the front desk, and was offered a smaller...

As a first timer to The Brown, I must say me and my family enjoyed every minute of our stay at this historic hotel. The staff is very customer focused and couldn't have been nicer. We were a few minutes from so many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues we didn't spend a lot of time in our journey from the...

We spend the night as often as possible at The Brown Hotel. For the money, stay on the concierge levels because the wine, beer, sodas, and appetizers are really good and the breakfast is just as tasty! This perk is so much better than a couple of other hotels that supposedly have the same perk and that we have stayed...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Brown Hotel for the weekend we were attending a Norah Jones concert at the nearby Palace Theater. The hotel is fabulous! After the ease of arrival, valet parking, and check in, we joined friends for cocktails in the beautifully furnished lobby area. There was ample seating options for our group of six and the...

This is a place where everyone should experience when in Louisville. The room, staff, food and everything else about this hotel is first class. I felt welcome from the time I walked in the front door into their beautiful lobby. Treat yourself next time you are in Louisville , you won't be disappointed.

We stayed on Saturday night at the beautiful Brown Hotel because the Horseshoe was sold out, and we wanted to try the legendary Hot Brown. The room was luxurious, the staff was gracious, and the Hot Brown was a gourmet treat. We will definitely return!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. You could feel the history the minute you walked in. The attached parking garage was very convenient. Checking was quick and easy and we didn't have reservations when we arrived. The room was very large with a very nice seating area and the bathroom was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty...

The Brown is a history museum and hotel in one. All of the staff were pleasant. We were passing through and enjoyed a leisurely evening in the opulent lobby bar area and a fine meal at the hotel restaurant, the English room. Our room was clean, plenty big, and had more character than a chain hotel. Parking note: a hard...
