Classic and classy hotel updated to Hilton standards. Convenient location without being in the heart of downtown or in a large generic chain hotel. Easy to make this a home base while exploring the Horse Trail and the Bourbon Trail. The beds were super comfortable.

Very neat older hotel that is being renovated. Everything was very clean and spacious room. Bathroom very clean, but very small. Would stay again at this location when we visit Kentucky again since daughter will be at UK. Go Wildcats!

This hotel has been remodeled and is lovely. The lobby is wonderful with cucumber water available during the day. Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Bathrooms completely updated. Hope to stay here again. Best location in Lexington.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. As annoying as my teenagers can be, they thought it was beautiful too. Decor screams Kentucky. I would recommend The Campbell House to anyone, families, couples or business. Rooms are gorgeous and beds are super comfy too.

Our room was quite large (upgraded) and held 20-25 people for an "after concert" get together. The bathroom was very small, and the furniture rather shabby. Bed very comfortable. Daily cleaning was less than adequate, and no one spoke English. Restaurant was clean and food & service fine. Bar was great! (until the loud band showed up) and we took...

Husband had a convention at the hotel. I have to say, after reading some of the previous reviews, I was a little hesitant and skeptical. However, I was extremely pleased with this hotel. Only thing: room where the nightly get togethers were for the conference was extremely warm. We were lucky enough to receive breakfast buffet vouchers, but I did...

Great hotel. Only issue i had was going down to the self serve buffet the first morning for a 50 dollar plus expected tip on a mediocre buffet, large selection but have had better complimentary continental breakfasts elsewhere. Other than planning on eating out in the mornings the hotel staff was great, clean rooms, nice pool and bar area, and...

This hotel has the potential to be nice. They're in the beginning stages of remodeling. Once inside our room it was nice. Nice furniture and nicely appointed. We found a tick in the bed of one of our rooms and soiled linen in the other. My room wasn't ready upon my arrival even though check in is 3. They asked...

We have received your guest review and your comments from your recent stay with us. Campbell House is a charming but dated Hilton property near the University in Lexington. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a bar that had a fairly good band on Friday night. We only had breakfast in the restaurant. Service was efficient and the food was good. The paint scheme is rather dark and the bathrooms are small. The...
