I stay at North Rockies on my way north to Whitehorse every May and again heading back, south in late August. A very comfortable place to stay in the main lodge and the cabins are very nice. A nice feature is the restaurant is always open late for those arriving later in the evening. Usually a nice European beer on tap,as...

I booked and paid dearly for a pet-friendly room at this place for the last night of our moving trip from Ontario to Yukon. The room was very small and had a bed blocking the sliding door exit making it very challenging for entry and exit. It was also very noisy, even after our neighbours broke up their social gathering...

Between the extremely slow service and the extremely over priced service and food, I cannot stress enough that this place was not worth it. Try to find somewhere else if possible. Food was very subpar. And it's almost like the staff just didn't care about anything.

We stopped here for one night on our long drive all the way from Denver, CO to Anchorage, AK, and camped on a grassy patch just outside of the Northern Rockies lodge building. Bathrooms and showers are a short walk away from the camping area, and wifi was available if I remember correctly. And of course, food and drink and...

We drove from western NY State to Northern Rockies Lodge for a week's stay in Jan. 2017 to see the Northern Lights. The Lodge and room were beautiful. The food was exceptional/gourmet. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Considering there is no public electricity in the region and the Lodge must run huge generators 24/7, and food/supplies have to...

We made a trip from Whitehorse to the Liard Hot Springs and stayed at the Northern Rockies. It's about 45 minutes from the hot springs and a fantastic place to relax before and after enjoying the hot springs. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and the decor is modern and rustic. The owners shovel off an ice rink...

We had a beautiful waterfront campsite in this gorgeous area. We were driving out from Alaska and saw so many animals. The campground was nicely kept, the bath house was clean, the restaurant was a bit pricey, but understandably since this is truly in the middle of nowhere. This is easily one of our top locations during our trip. If...

rude hot awful We had service dogs. Showed their jackets and certificates at time of check in. We were not advised that we would be charged for the dogs, until we checked out. The male manager actually shook his finger in my face and yelled at me! Yes in a very loud voice, I was shocked! In addition my friend...

Nice log lodge with 21 units. We had a king room on the main floor which was very comfortable and quiet. There were many cabins out back but mostly warmer weather accommodations. The lake was frozen and a hockey rink was there. Great for skating but did not have skates. Apparently they had tracks for skiing but we didn't ski...

Stayed here for New Years 2017. Pet room was clean and well maintained. They accommodated our special meal requests and the dinner on New Year's Eve was really delicious. A lot of effort went into making the weekend special for all the guests. The hot springs is half an hour down the road and was a nice family activity to...
