I am writing this review even though I didn't spend the night at this B&B. A group of my friends(5) spent three nights there. We were all in the area to tour the Bourbon Trail. My husband and I were camping in Bardstown. We met up with our friends at the B&B and were welcomed there by Linda and Frankie....

Owners Frankie and Linda Cambron run this charming B&B in their 19th Century house designed in the Italianate style with original floors and trim. This beautiful Pre Civil War mansion, located in the heart of the Bourbon Trail country, is also a working horse farm. Frankie and Linda extended genuine southern charm. Breakfast was hearty, huge and heavenly; the rooms...

This charming B&B and working horse farm is located just five minutes from the charming town of Bardstown (the Bourbon capital of the world that was voted the most beautiful town in America by USA Today). Frankie and Linda Cambron run this charming B&B with a downhome yet elegant finesse only achievable by true southern gentry-folk. I can think of...

We traveled 3 hours from home to the Bardstown area and our first Bed & Breakfast experience. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Frankie and Linda helped us with our plans...places to visit, places to eat, etc. while we stayed in a gorgeous room reminiscent of early 19th century America. The bed was super comfortable, and Linda tidied up...

Although we had corresponded previously with the proprietors, we weren't able to stay due to conflicts in our schedule. We did, however, drop by unexpectedly (a "no-no" according to Horse Country etiquette experts) on a Monday morning as our two children –aged 11 and 14– were desperate to ride a horse or even get close to one. Although Frankie was...

Great hosts, great place! Frankie and Linda couldn't have been more accommodating and hospitable. Their home is an old Kentucky home faithfully rebuilt by Frankie, and authentically furnished by Linda. The Peacocks, Horses, and Cats just add to the ambiance. Highly recommended! South of Louisville, close to Bardstown and the Bourbon Trail. One word of advice - DO NOT count...

I have never stayed in a B&B and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Linda & Frankie hospitality was outstanding. I felt like I was visiting with family maybe even better. The house was decorated beautiful. I enjoyed looking at the horses and peacocks and having that farm feeling. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan on...

We found this B & B by chance, and what a bit of luck it was. Frankie and Linda are great, full of Southern hospitality and so welcoming. The house is lovely and has been completely refurbished by the couple, and the bedrooms are big and comfortable with every amenity necessary. The bed was extremely comfortable with a great mattress,...
