Ledge point holiday park has to be the best kept park within two hours drive north of perth. The grass is kept immaculate and green, leaving no sandy areas in any of the bays. Toilets/showers are kept clean and tidy with great pressure in the showers. Camp kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare your meals. The pool/bouncy pillow/playground is great and provides hours of fun for the kids. Short drive (or 1.5km walk) to the beach for a full day of activity’s. All of this would not be the case with out the amazing staff lead by two of the most amazing assistant park managers who always seem to go above and beyond to ensure all guests are looked after at all times. Highly recommend this park to all campers, caravans or just those looking for a shack to sleep on for a few nights

Wow what a fantastic caravan park. If you want big 10x10 bays and all bays have nice grass over the entire bay then this is the place to go it's one of the better parks I've been too. The camp manager was amazing and nothing to big or to small was a issue very friendly/approachable person and always smiling and saying hello to everyone. The park has a great swimming pool area, great camp kitchens and always kept clean also the bathrooms are modern and kept clean. Ledge pt has a nice golf course around the corner from the park and just at the end of the street is the beach which is beautiful for swimming, fishing, boating and 4x4's all in all a fantastic caravan park in a fantastic place and I will definitely be going back for another visit.

We stayed for 4 nights and as seasoned WA travelers this was average. Whilst the grounds have fantastic facilities for children to play around on and lots of activities to keep them occupied, this means it attracts young families which makes it a very unappealing getaway for couples like us especially during peak school holiday times (we usually vacay around school term when it is quiet so this was unusual for us). I think perhaps this might be a quieter place and a more relaxing getaway during school term but I am not that attracted to Ledge Point as an area to bother coming back to try. I also think that there was a perfect storm here as the Covid19 event has unleashed a whole new element of traveler - the Bali Bogan. These people are normally out taunting the poor Balinese with their lack of social etiquette and lack of parental skills but alas during the virus they are unable to do their usual trips so have been confined to the WA area, and we have had to put up with them. This made this vacation rather unpleasant but luckily the management of this park are strict about adhering to park rules so by 10pm the noise came to a sudden halt. Whilst we are fine with music and adults talking and laughing, it was kids literally SQUEALING non stop at all hours that got painful. We love to see kids having fun but this was next level. It also gave us our first experience of park theft, with someone taking my husbands brand new swim shorts and rashie off the clothes line. It was his Christmas Present and he had only worn it once so it kinda ruined the rest of the trip for us as we then felt uneasy about leaving our stuff every time we went for walks or to visit family in the chalets. I do hope whoever took the gear gets their comeuppance. There is a beautifully air conditioned rec room with pool tables, activity tables, lounges and television which was a lovely relief from midday sun, and a well maintained and very clean pool which was lovely for a dip. My family who have kids were able to hire carts for the kids to scoot around in, that was a fantastic amusement addition, and there was lots of spare space for kids to set up sporting equipment for games and to run around on. The bouncy pillows and swings were spacious and clean. The kitchen area is very clean, well stocked, and spacious. The fridge freezer way too small (was always full) so if you don't have an Engel consider hiring one if you are tenting as you cant rely on the fridge to have room (I suspect this is due to the timing of our stay). But it was clean. The tap water in the kitchen was fine for filling up water bottles, not as nice as the Greenhead tap water, but we drank it. The kitchen was surprisingly clean at all times and during meal time the people using it seemed very courteous and shared the space in a friendly manner. Our tent site was number 13, which has good morning to afternoon shade in the bottom left corner, if you want a good sleep in get number 12 and set up in the back right corner as that has loads of morning shade. Number 14 has no shade at all any time of the day. The space itself is ample for a big family tent, gazebo, and car. It is level and nicely covered with soft grass. A very pleasant area to camp on and rather luxurious compared to being out in the bush. The ablutions are one of the newest we have seen, very modern and well set up. It was a pity that the majority of the time they were filthy, again probably more a reflection of the visitors and time of the year and Covi19 Bali Bogan crowd, but if I was to suggest one thing to management it would be much more regular cleaning of the ablution blocks during peak times than they already do. It is a pity that people are so disgusting and do not treat public spaces with respect, but unfortunately they are out there, so management need to address this to make the stay feel more pleasant for the rest of us. My parents stayed in chalet 5 and it was a lovely place, beautifully set out, neat and clean, and a perfect spot to be away from everyone else if you do want to make more noise as it is the furthest corner and the wind blows the noise out not into the park. We wont be back, but that is purely because you can see everything you need to see in Ledge Point in a couple of days and that's it. We are more into exploring areas and enjoying a couples getaway than fancy parks with fancy facilities. We would also like to thank the management very much for accommodation our last minute decision to extend our stay as we got the dates wrong to align with the rest of the family xmas, and they then also gave us some choices of where we would like to stay, the girl behind the counter was very patient and friendly, she's lovely! I think my biggest piece of advice is if you are a couple choose off season times to visit.

The staff were helpful, friendly and great overall. They could help us with every problem and answer every question. clean ammenities. Nice quiet camping spot m, very spacious. Great for families/ couples. They have a pool (very cold) a bouncing pillow and rec room. All of which were clean. It is worth noting that there is limited wifi and reception.

The caravan park was very clean if not devoid of trees but easy to navigate with many sites being drive through.Staff at the desk were very good, efficient and friendly.Toilets clean and showers had lots of pressure. The pool was not open when we were there, mid Sept but we didnt need it anyway.Plenty for kids with cart hire, bouncy balloon and playground within the prk.I would stay here again.Only thing we had an issue was the distance to the sea.We like to be able to walk but this was a drive
