Stayed a few nights and found cleanliness of amenities average. Only cleaned 1-2 times a day, in the middle of peak period and a covid out break. “Lack of cleaning staff” was the excuse given by staff when this was questioned. Noise levels not monitored - even by staff living in the park. No cover over playground or jumping pillow so kids can’t play on warm days until it’s almost dark. Addressed with management and got a poor response! Won’t be back!!

Hi Aimee As mentioned to you in your email, you never raised one of these issues with us in person at the park. Instead, you waited until you left a night early and demanded we refund you. Quite simply, if you see an issue while you are here, raise it with us and we will fix it. I have spoken to a number of guests after your email, and no-one else has raised any of these issues, even when asked about them, so......

Parks north of Perth with grass sites are rare and sealed roads makes such a difference. The wind in any beach side park north of Perth can be a nightmare if the sites and roads are both sand as Guilderton down the road. Large caravan sites with lines to mark your area.....which all parks had that. Modern ablution blocks which were cleaned in the morning. Walking distance to Store, Country Club and Beach. Management were very cheerful and helpful to make our stay brilliant.

Our family has just enjoyed another lovely weekend away camping at Ledge Point despite the restrictions of covid. It's a great place for the kids to run around and enjoy themselves, the facilities are kept really clean and the kitchen area is spacious and clean too . All good and well but it is by far and away the outstanding assistant managers that has been one of the main reasons for us returning so often. Del and Don are a great couple. They are friendly, kind and respectful and very hardworking. Both go out of their way to make sure people are happy and nothing is ever any trouble to them. Their approach to customer service is exemplary. The site manager could certainly benefit from taking a leaf from their book......Rude and disrespectful to our family today. A lesson in common courtesy and civility wouldn't go amiss young man.
