After a few trips to The Hidden Cave Ranch I can say this is one of the most relaxing places I have been. Jaro and Marion are friendly, polite and professional. The food is second to none and you are treated like old friends. The cave was fun to explore and the American Curly Horses are beautiful and loving creatures....

Rustic, with all modern amenities, great food cooked fresh. Have the dinner, don't hesitate, but save room for the enormous breakfasts. Walks on the farm or on nearby State Park at Hollow Lake. Don't forget the horses and trail rides. Also good basement man cave with pool, darts, telly, comfy couches. Great hosts. What are you waiting for, go there.

This is a biased review. If you like horses, cattle, dogs, a tranquil setting with pastoral views, log homes, sophisticated western decor, warm and welcoming hosts, trail riding, or excellent meals then you should try Hidden Cave Ranch. If you like all of these, as we do, then you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We were in...

Hidden Cave Ranch is by far my favorite destination for a weekend getaway. My husband and I have stayed there twice and are already contemplating a third visit. Let me just say, I am generally a pretty socially inept person. The thought of staying in someone's home and eating with a bunch of strangers would normally have me running for...

This is the third time we have stayed at the Hidden Cave Ranch. Every stay has been fantastic. The owners are friendly and helpful, the food is great and the beds are heavenly. We will stay again. It is a beautiful and very restful place to stay.

HCR is an Epic Paradise for all the senses. The Home is amazingly beautiful! Marion and Jaro are the epitome of warm and gracious hosts. The ranches scenery and wonderful array of creatures enhance the peaceful and delightful atmosphere. Jaro is a culinary genius and his food rivals a five star chef! Marion expertly oversee's and goes above and beyond...

Hidden Cave Ranch is an all round outdoor lovers paradice. A big log cabin style house greets you as you pull into the driveway after a short drive thru a wooded driveway. They are a few scant minutes from Dale Hollow lake which offers good fishing as well as general boating. Jaro and Marion are 2 of the most awesome...

We were attending a funeral, and HCR was able to accommodate several family members on short notice. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. We hope to return again under happier circumstances! It's a beautiful home, and we felt so welcome!

We had a wonderful stay with our family at Hidden Cave Ranch this summer. The hosts Jaro and Marion are warm and welcoming, with delicious and healthy meals prepared each day. They offer horse rides and even our young children (4.5yo and 2.5yo) could enjoy a ride around the enclosure because the horses were so tame. On top of that...

“Quilt Room has a mini-fridge, large King bed, small table, and armoire. It is in the basement and has a walkout door for the dogs. We did have the bathroom for our use only, and if there were other guests, we locked it and the key worked for both the bathroom and Quilt Room. ”
