Hyatt Place BG is one of my favorite hotels. While my son attended WKU I stayed many times. Staff is super friendly, always remembered me by name. Hotel is clean and so convenient to all activities at WKU.

Location is great for visiting WKU - a few steps out the front door and you are on campus. Rooms were spacious and very functional. Everyone we encountered in the hotel was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.

this hotel is a great place to stay in Bowling Green. It’s located across from some of the fraternity houses but we never found it loud. There are restaurants in the area and plenty to do for our family of 6 from 2 to 67 years old. We’ll stay again!

The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is clean and inviting. The breakfast is average but I hear good things are coming. The parking garage is just across a walk way, but not connected to the hotel. Quiet location.

Why do you accuse people of stealing bedding without checking your cameras? Why do you Edit reviews and not publish the full review?
Do you offer in room pay per view movies?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Pay per View. We do however have local, a variety of additional channels, as well as 5 HBO Channels.

I understand that this hotel is right next to the university. While school is in session did you have any problem finding parking? Or is the parking garage only for the hotel? Also, was the area congested with college students?
We had no trouble parking. The Hotel gives you a pass for the parking garage which leads right to the hotel. We usually could park very close to the entrance to the hotel.

Is the parking garage connected to the hotel? If not, is there gate access to it via the pool area or do you have to walk on the street? If street, is there a side door to enter the hotel or front door lobby is only entrance?
Yes the garage is connected to the hotel but it's a bit difficult to navigate with luggage we parked on the mail level you walk through the garage and go through a doorway only to go outside then inside the hotel itself ain't strange and probably inconvenient in the winter or rain.

Is the pool currently open, or is it open closer to summer? We are traveling this week.
It is an outdoor pool so it was not open when we were there. I would imagine it would not be open yet, but call and check first.
