Oh My God was this place bad. On a recent trip to wichita to see my birth place and get a little family history my Dads cousin and i stopped here out of convenience. After driving twelve straight hours and circling around several times to find the entrance to the service road all the hotels where on we pulled up...

I was on a road trip and needed somewhere cheap for the night and for $40 it really wasn't bad. A large room looked a bit tired but if your tired who cares, bed was comfy and room had free wifi and a bathroom. In the morning you could have fresh doughnuts and coffee, the staff were really friendly and...

I've stayed at the Recency many, many times over the years and it's very cheap, not the cleanest place but better than the streets. I really haven't had many problems with the office staff compared to motels near by, their laid back but accommodating. I wouldn't recommend the place for children or if you're expecting anything more than a place...

My husband & I stayed here 2 months off & on trying not to be on the street. This place wasn't much better. 1st room the sink u part came undone, the 2nd a/c leaked buckets of water & toilet needed to be bolted down, the 3rd cockroaches galore like 50 a day, the final room a large rat came...

A friend and I stayed here while in town for school for three nights. We were simply looking for a place in a decent area, cheap, no bugs, and clean. Although the building is old and run down it did meet our needs. It did seem like the kind of place suspicious things might go on I did not feel...

I travel around the country and stay in around 30 hotels a year. This is by far the worst! Management is incompitent. They treat clean towels like it is the last bottle of water in an apocalictic situation. Incredibly rude. Heavy drug activity and no i dont mean pot. Not to mention absolutely filthy! Do yourself a favor and stay...

I travel extensively with my job all over the USA and have to pay my own expenses so I stay in a lot of flop house motels. I am used to and am ok with lousy accommodations. I don't need fancy. I just need safe and clean. I am just setting the stage so that you will trust this review....

We needed to spend the night in Wichita and decided by the photo's and reviews to give the "Regency" a try. I knew the hotel was previously "Knight's Inn", that did not bother us. When we got there the building was very plain and looked run down. That didn't bother me as long as my room was clean. We checked...

I come here all the time for business and I only stay at the Regency Inn. I have never had a problem here and I always recommend this to my colleagues and friends. The staff is always kind and always helps me with whatever I need. The price is great for the area. Other hotels are $10-$20 more and you...

I came here and got a room for a couple days just to get away from life for a bit. I was a single white female, in a building seperate from the main building with big scary males living here. I called front desk to see if I could get a refund, explaining that I didn't feel safe and wasn't...
