Nice cabin. Would never stay here again. Got kicked out for having my dog outside the cabin, even though it is supposedly "pet friendly" and dog had been approved. Employee was extremely rude when they asked us to leave. Not worth it! Don't pretend to be pet friendly if it is not true! I'd advise anyone who enjoys camping to...

Convenient park just off the turnpike. Sites are gravel and spacious but not completely level. Plenty long for our 42' 5th wheel and truck. Good cable, dog park, pool, playground, catch and release pond. There are 4 new "premium" sites that are concrete with a fancy firepit and a porch swing. All sites have a picnic table and ground fire...

Neat, clean and polite staff. We stayed specifically for the mining. We had mined before in North Carolina and wanted to try it again. The bad news is it is enhanced bags that you have to purchase. The good news you get to use a water slusse and there were different types of bags to purchase. The campground was nice....

My husband and I stayed in one of their deluxe patio sites - brick fire pit, swing, outside table with four chairs. Very nice! We stayed two nights and were very pleased with the park staff - very friendly and helpful. They were mowing every day and keeping the grounds in perfect condition. We will definitely stay here again when...

We wanted to have a couple days away, so we booked a cabin at the Wellington, KS, KOA. Our cabin was built in 2015. It had a queen bed, two bunk beds in the next room, state-of-the-art LG air-conditioner/heater, HD TV, knotty pine interior, table for eating or playing games, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea pods, microwave,...

I can't lie...I usually avoid KOAs when traveling because they tend to be way overpriced for the grungy, mediocre site you get...but this KOA was awesome!!! We stayed here with our 40.5' 5th-wheel on a regular site (right before the deluxe sites begin) and were blown away! I, of course, wished we would've upgraded (definitely will next time as the...

What an enjoyable campground! It is clean and with a very friendly staff. The showers are private, the pool is above ground and sparkles! We only planned on staying one night, but stayed another one. If we are in the area again, this will definitely be our 'go to place'.

Nice and clean stop-over when traveling through. The sites were pull through with easy hook-up. Showers and bathrooms were nice and they had a refreshing pool. The staff was friendly and helpful... We would recommend this stop as we like staying at KOA's...

We loved the pull through sites with the patio, table and chairs and fire pit. The sites are charged as premium, but are worthy of the title. Multiple sewer hook ups, easy inn and out, concrete pad for the RV. All good. Friendly staff. Showers and bathrooms are first class.

We have stayed at this location on several occasions as we were passing through from I40 to I70. Great park with great facilities. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pads are gravel but are level. Spaces are large enough where you dont feel cramped.
