My boyfriends mom booked this hotel for us. When she said it was only $50 a night that was immediately a red flag for me. I got online, checked the reviews thru Expedia, Hotels.com, Google and their Facebook page and they were horrifying! Bed bugs, musky rooms, mildew, wet carpet, dirty showers, wet bed sheets, no AC and the list...

This hotel has lots of bad reviews. I have stayed here over the past 8 years for business and pleasure, when it was a Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn, and now the Ambassador. Most recent stay was a Friday and Saturday night. Our room was quite and clean. Bottom floor on the inside. It was plenty cool with the outside temp...

We booked the place for a 3 day conference, I had to leave after 1 night with rain pouring in the conference end hallway ceiling and all the buckets and trashcans and barrels couldn't keep the hall from getting soaked. The whole place reeked of mold and mildew, I couldn't breathe the next day, and for three days after. I...

After checking in my family hit the pool. The pool was a little chilly but doable, and the hot tub was hot so we could get warmed up. they have a fun slide which the kids love. We had realized there werent any pool towels, and notified staff. awhile later, 4 towels for 8 people were brought, 4 towels, for...

I am so sorry for the inconveniences you have experienced at our hotel. Yes, we were short on pool towels, but received three new bundles yesterday. I was not aware that we were low on them. We could have gotten you a remote for the TV. Did you let anyone know? And yes, our cable is temporarily out as Cox...

Nice place but we could hear every word spoken by people walking by, every word! I also hit my ankle on the metal bar holding the box springs and 24 hours later, still swollen. Breakfast was good but want bacon.

Hi CSIJWyman, I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with us due to other guests in the hotel and your bruised ankle. I hope that does not deter you to visit us again, especially once the renovations are completed. We are anticipating them to start soon and you will not recognize the hotel once they are. When you return, please...

Had a great experience. Stayed on the first floor and had a nice clean room. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast is acceptable; would like to see hotter coffee. Sounds like it may be getting a makeover.

I tried several other inns only to find no rooms available. Finally one of the other inns kindly called around and found a room here. I'm sorry I didn't opt to sleep in my car. A noisy dated roomful 103.00 with a sagging king bed that appears to have hosted a herd of visiting elephants over the years. Old analog...

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience at our hotel. That is certainly not how we do business. I realize it may have been late when you checked in but we would have been glad to help you move to another room. And yes our hotel is old and the TV's are a tad bit outdated, but...

Our party of 5 rented 2 rooms on our return home from vacationing in Colorado on July 18. This hotel is struggling with air conditioning problems and housekeeping. The rooms were not cleaned and the AC could not get the rooms to a comfortable temperature. Anyone considering the Ambassador should confirm these issues are resolved before checking in.

when i stayed here a few nights ago i wasn't expecting the hotel i walked into. Not only was the front desk really friendly and helpful but my room was also excellent. Thank you very much Thomas C. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay here with us. Yes, our reviews are not great but that is going to change very soon as renovations are in the works. We will be installing a Water Park with a Tiki bar. All of the rooms will be gutted and redone from the bottom...
