Membership increase to $5500 per person, regardless of gender. This is for Gangurra course ONLY. Shared cart price of $2000 p.a. And if you have no one to share the cart with it will cost you an additional $25! A complete rip off. Course conditioning, service and facilities is not worthy of these prices.

Stay away. It’s a disaster !!!! Staff are rude and do not give any info. Course is a disgrace and bunkers haven’t been worked on for a long time Toilets either blocked, out of order or toilet door locks hanging off . NO towels and a RIP off !!! Stay away and don’t waste you’re money !

Nice clean room, comfortable bed but ... continental breakfast was all that was in on offer but as commented by other guests” more was spent on the paper bag than the food”. Given in a bag because kitchen in closed on Monday and Tuesday. Cold muffin, no choice of anything, you got what you got, yoghurt (don’t eat), small bag of cereal and a small apple. No toast and you had to pay extra for a coffee!! No serviettes (napkins) to be found either. 1 person making coffee with a group of people waiting. Not fair on the staff member. No bar or restaurant open on arrival. Called reception 7 times before arriving to check if there was a microwave in room. No answer!!! On arrival receptionist said “oh sorry , we are having trouble with Telstra “ and there’s no microwave in room so a trip back to town was needed. Not a great start to the day for a place with such lovely surroundings:(

Stayed at Riverside Oaks ‘Resort’ for 2 nights in November. Executive suite rooms were large and spacious. Ours was clean, though friends found food (chips) between lounge cushions in their suite. Only 3 meals of 4 were served at dinner together in the brasserie. The tuna special was good. At breakfast we were told breakfast was not included. When I challenged that it was part of the package staff were reluctant to believe and were rather rude. I then spoke to the manager who sorted breakfast to be served to us. When I later spoke to a member at reception I was advised the staff did not transfer ‘breakfast included’ information in the booking (booked through external provider) and this was a mistake. We were looking forward to an afternoon by the pool. However the pool was unusable as it was green. Apparently reception staff hadn’t been near the pool so they weren’t aware. Very disappointing stay here. We love to come to the Hawkesbury area to look around and explore; however, we will not be back at this ‘resort’.

Great service from checkin to dinner and finally best bacon & eggs roll in Sydney.staff friendly and efficient (esp Lisa) If you have a group or just a few close friends you couldn't find better value. If I was to compare it would be close to stay and play in Hunter Valley.

Absolutely enjoyable experience. Friendly staff and great accommodation. Two days of golf and an overnight stay with golfing mates. Breakfast and awesome coffee included. Would highly recommend. If you have overseas friends visiting, a stay and play would definitely show them our unique Australian landscape and hundreds of kangaroos. I will be back again soon.

Played yesterday (old course) and it was in terrible nick, the bunkers were a disgrace, ok we had the big storms and you can see results, but basic raking bungers and greens were terribly patchy. Even carts didn't have GPS - USED TO? And they still charge like its a resort course. If you have tourists who haven't seen Kangaroos then this is the course.

Excellent facilities, staff, food and golfing. Recommend this to anyone who enjoys a hit of golf and nice food to finish the day off. So much wildlife, courses are in good condition and the staff look after you well.

16 ladies from Palm Beach Golf Club, Northern Beaches, Sydney enjoyed playing the two Courses at Riverside Oaks over two days which were challenging but very good for our golf! We stayed in Lodge 2 which overlooked the course and found the accommodation perfect for our needs with the wonderfully spacious communal lounge area and kitchen. The rooms were large and the decor lovely! The Pro Shop staff were very helpful with bookings and carts etc, and other staff members in Reception and Bar/Dining areas were all excellent. Perfect place for our yearly golf getaway. Great fun was had but all and we had the best of weather! Looking to come again next year.

Stayed here with my husband for a weekend of golf. Excellent accommodation! Our room was huge, with all the amenities of a 5 star accommodation - thats why I am surprised this is only a 4 star rating. The walk in closet was perfect for longer stays, the bed and pillows very comfortable, plus the large modern bathroom was very clean. The lodge also had modern and well equipped shared areas (living room & kitchen) that would be perfect for a big group staying together. The people were very pleasant and accommodating, always happy to make you comfortable, especially at The Brasserie. We played on both courses and they were both well maintained. Wish we could have stayed longer!
