wanted a cheap room off the highway. While this is a few miles down the road in town, it was more than adequate. Nice to take a break from the chain motels. Bed was fairly decent, shower hot... also had a microwave and frig, and some old school furnishings/decor. Very cozy. Only issue I had was getting the wifi to...

Not sure why but this motel gave my son and I the creeps. It was loud, smelly and across the parking lot were the weekly room rentals. I think there are more weekly rooms than guest rooms. The place looked clean but it didn't feel clean. Needless to say we packed up and left. I didn't care that I lost...

We checked in at 1:30 am to the first place we came across happy to have found a room. The front desk guy was very friendly even though we woke him up. The room was as tired as we were. The furniture was worn, the sheets were yellowed, and you could see to the outside around the air conditioner. The...

This motel is a "hidden gem"! My wife and I stayed there last week on our way east through Kansas. It was exactly what we needed. Nothing fancy, but very reasonably priced and run by a friendly, helpful, competent family. We got upgraded to a king bed room, without requesting it, because the owner said it would be nicer because...

Way off the interstate pass all the other hotels. Basic and clean. Huge flat screen. Breakfast just up the street. Free wifi, too. Hot water was just ok warm. Microwave in room. From the old days when Route 40 was the main highway.

We stopped on our way home from Colorado. It's just a plain motel- no frills. No breakfast. It was clean and cheap and that was what we wanted. The bed was comfortable. It is kind of hard to find off the interstate. It's in the older part of town, not right off he highway.

Somewhat noisy when people arrive. Once in their rooms things are quiet. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Would give it a highest rating if the doors dampened outside noises better. Would stop there again.

My husband and I stayed here while driving home to Colorado. The rooms are extremely clean, with quality well kept decor and friendly staff is a plus. You could easily pay twice as much for this room elsewhere! I would definitely stay here again

Nice old motel. Manager was very nice and friendly. Room was clean, one bed was hard and one was soft ... I felt like Goldilocks 😊. Room has DirecTV. You cannot back into the parking space was the only downside.

The hotel to was a great budget room. It was clean, the staff was nice, and they allowed us to bring our dogs. Unfortunately, the entire town of Oakley smells like a very dirty barn. It just reeks of animal waste. The hotel did a decent job of covering the smell in the room, but we couldn't get out of...
