We stayed at East Bank for a family reunion representing 5 states, including east and west coasts and family members are ready to do it again!! We have had reunions in several different states but this place was voted by far the best. Although the surrounding area doesn't offer as much adventure as other locations, there was still plenty to do for adults and kids alike. But the venue is what stood out the most. We rented all the cabins and the lodge and enjoyed the pool, fishing, pickle ball, pool table and firepits. I can't express enough how much everyone enjoyed this location and just the things to do on property. The cabins and lodge are wonderful! And the pool area offers indoor and outdoor seating with overhead protection during inclement weather or if it is too hot. Fortunately, we had great weather. The pool got a lot of use, as well as the fishing ponds...then we used the firepits on our last night. Because the pool area is so inviting, we actually didn't spend a lot of time in the lodge but it was a great place to gather for morning breakfast, with a large kitchen area and plenty of seating. I will agree with another reviewer that pointed out that the stairs in the lodge could pose a problem for some guests but with the cabins and pool area offering other options, everyone was satisfied. When discussing locations for our next reunion, people suggested having it at East Bank again. I think we just may do that!!

The place is amazing! I took my team to stay overnight as an early season team-building getaway, and they loved it. The rooms were very nice, large showers, and clean. The lodge was a great spot to hang out for them because it had cable TV, pool table, games, and a huge kitchen. The outside area was their favorite though. We grilled out by the pool, and had fun competitions on the tennis and basketball courts. When the sun went down, we sat around the fire pits and roasted marshmallows.
You'll just have to see it to appreciate the views out there. My team was a little leery thinking I was taking them to some back woods camp grounds, but it is far from that. They ended up saying we were 'glamping' . It really did feel like a luxurious getaway.

We reserved a room on a lark! Wow. We were so pleased. A large room furnished with all we needed. We could have easily stayed longer and done some exploring.
We saw hammocks and fire pits. An easy place to share life with family and friends (new or old). In the morning we enjoyed a peaceful hour on the patio before continuing our road trip west.
We definitely recommend East Bank on Mill Creek!

We actually stayed at East Bank twice while on a road trip from CO to NC and back. My husband, his cousin and myself arrived on Friday the 13th at night or first time through and it was super dark with a winding iffy dirt road leading up to the property, but Pearl gave us excellent directions and we were able to find our cabin and the cabins are super cute. The pictures really don't do it justice. The first time through I booked through ARBNB and didn't realized that I was booking a cabin with one bedroom for three adults, which left for no privacy, but it worked for the night. I'm not sure if there are cabins with more than one bedroom, but on the way back I booked two cabins. The area is quiet and absolutely beautiful. I would have loved to enjoy the fire pits and swimming pool, but we got there so late both nights I was just grateful for a comfy bed. I highly recommend staying at this lovely little place that is close to the highway that doesn't feel close to the highway.

LOVED the venue! We had a large enough group we were able to lease the entire venue, which was FABULOUS!! The entire group thoroughly enjoyed the pool!!💦 Our only problem was all the stairs in the lodge, they were difficult for some of our oldest family members to manage.

We rented the lodge as well as the pool area. The setting is simply beautiful and the accommodations are world class. Hidden gem of a resort! The staff we super helpful, friendly, and fast to answer questions and help us get settled. Family loved the pool, outdoor stereo system, the tennis courts, bbq, and the lodge is AMAZING. Definitely would do it again, and hope to go back soon!

The Retreat was awesome for our company meeting! Very professionally equipped with all technology required to conduct a strategic retreat. The Lodge is perfect for social events and family gatherings! After the retreat we had a company and family social gathering. The staff was phenomenal! The views from the cabins of the Flint Hills and the views of Mill Creek from the glass wall of the Lodge and it's expansive decks are majestic! Amazing amenities with large fireplaces, pool, tennis, fishing, basketball and hiking! And we didn't even get the opportunity to experience the rest of the Event spaces! Definitely planning to bring the entire family back for a long peaceful weekend in the Flint Hills!

I want to live here. I've had the opportunity to visit East Bank for a couple business/team-building events and have had an excellent experience every time. The meeting space was large enough to cater to our group of 25, the room was comfortable, the technology was more than adequate and the snacks/drinks were appreciated by all.
We have also hosted team-building with staff and their families. There is so much to do, the space truly caters to all ages and activity levels. The setting is beautiful and serene, yet also stimulating. Folks were able to relax or play to the extent they wished. We had dinner catered and were able to meet all dietary requirements.
I already have plans to book out the lodge for a retreat, but I would also like to visit soon with just my family. It's the perfect place to connect with nature but still be incredibly comfortable.
