On Saturday we found out about a blizzard coming in on Sunday so we tried to cancel our reservation but they would not cause it could not be cancelled after Friday night. So we went ahead and travelled home but were charged for a room we did not use.

While it was clean, and decent, it was not nearly as nice as other Wyndham properties. It seemed more like a Super 8 with Wyndham prices.

Yes, we are continually on working on updates for the hotel and have a consultant coming out in a few weeks. .We have installed all new guest room furniture and mattresses already and will continue to make improvements. If I could give less than a 1 star, I would.

Let me go over what was terrible about the hotel:
1. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I'm assuming a prison bed would be more comfortable.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry your stay was not more pleased with all the new updates to the hotel, new mattresses, and new guest furniture. We do make sure when you check in that you are aware that keeping the noise levels down, so all guests have a good night sleep or not leaving your children unattended during the night is very important. We try to make all guests as satisfied as possible so if there is anything we can do to make your stay better the next time please let us know. It was confirmed that your room was not one of the rooms that the noise issue was coming from so you were credited back the $25 fee. Thank you again for staying.

What is the pet policy? Is there a pet fee? What is your policy on emotional support dog?
Hi Carol, We absolutely take pets! We love pets here and we have no size limit. Registered Service dogs are no charge. Our pet fee is $25 per night or $40 for 2 nights or more per week. We have special treat bags for all of our furry friends when they check in to the hotel! We hope to see the both of you soon!

How close is the hotel to Liberty Hall?
Depending on traffic it is about fifteen minutes. The Hall is at 644 Mass Ave which is near E 7th St cross. Hope this helps. Bud
