My husband and I went to Maldives for the second time around. Ahmed was very kind and professional from picking us up from the port and sticking to our agreed/negotiated rates for our entire stay including activities. He even offered a free transport to Kandooma (where we stayed after), big discount for our souvenirs and lesser scuba diving rate. Our...

Tge staff in Ifja Inn (M. Shafik), the cheff and everyone are so so friendly and well mannered! We had a great stay me and my wife with a special surprise in our room on arrival. The food (Specially BBQ) was decent. Only problem was tab water. It's difficult to stand the smell sometimes when taking a shower :( but...

we stayed here as part of our encounter maldives tour. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly and you are made to feel part of the island as everyone always says hello. Do have to barter hard for items that are more expensive than other places for the same items. The wifi is very intermittent. The rooms...

This six-month-old hotel (as of Sept. 2013) is clean and pleasant. The two Bangladeshi staff -- Babu and Mohammed -- were extremely attentive and did an incredible job with the meals. Not much to do on the island if the waves are small (there are a couple surf breaks), though visitors will get a lot of reading done. The real...

During my short stay here I definitely felt the family vibe that the staff give off. I was well looked after in terms of food and trips - snorkelling was exceptional, hedika, a cultural evening/BBQ and some shopping. The accomodation is basic, but workable. During my stay the wifi only worked the once but that wasn'ta massive deal as I...

Although we were there for just a day, and couldn't go for the diving / snorkeling tours, we enjoyed the warm hospitality at the guest house. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and was authentic Maldivian. the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. And it was less than 50 mts from where the boat docked, so we could just walk over...

If you are looking for the real maldives, this is the place to be! Guraidhoo: 2000 habitant, 1 mental hospital, 2 mosques, 1 football filed, 1 harbour, 1 restaurant bar, 2 beaches ( no bikini ) 1 small island, (sea walk close, yes bikini ) many souvenir shops. The island is nice and "under construction-cleaning". The beaches are not "exceptional"...

We (4 experienced divers from Austria) did a fantastic diving trip to Ifja-Inn situated at the island Guraidhoo. The hard facts of the hotel are listed anyway, but we have to mention some certain details. The diving: Each Trip started from the beach but the maximum travelling time was about 20 minutes. The trips to several outstanding diving spots were...
