My daughter and I stayed here for three nights and we would have loved to stay much longer. The hotel is located in stunning location, reached by an hour long boat trip, between Lake Loakangady and Lake Rasoamasay. The bungalows are basic but clean and comfortable but any lack of luxuries was more than compensated for by the amazing views...

Our extended family of six had the place to ourselves for three full days in July. Although this was winter, the weather was warm and it only rained once. Besides sunning on the beach, we enjoyed an interpretive hike in the forest (with food for a "wild" lemur), examination of vanilla beans on the vine, and a trek to the...

We were a group of four friends who spent two nights at Ony Hotel in September 2015. We had the whole hotel to ourselves and it was blissfully peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the food was delicious and the staff friendly and obliging. It would be my first choice for a repeat destination. The only...

Ony hotel is stunningly located in the middle of three lakes and a primary forest. The wooden bungalows are basic but feature electricity and hot water in the evening. The hotel can organise boat trips to the Pangalanes lakes as well as hikes in the surrounding hills. Food is fresh and tasty.

Hotel is on shores of lake Rasoamasay, that is one of 6 lakes on east part of Madagascar, and they all connected by Pangalanes channel. Here are bungalows that faced on south and on north ,there was any paradox, we stayed on south bungalow and there was very windy, we went to north part just through the restaurant space, and there was quite...

Unfortunately this lodge was hit by a bad storm a few months ago and is still being repaired, one bungalow at a time. The main building has a bar and restaurant with amazing seafood - including some endemic local fish from the lake. Very simple facilities but nice peaceful location. They are currently working on improving the park next to...
