Resort is well located and on high ground. It is close to food outlets including KFC and fruit and vegetables market. Our room ( chalet) at M1 is large, clean and well maintained. It is airy (if you open the windows).Bathroom is clean.Outside the room are tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the hill and mountain views and the breeze... Love the restaurant here and the nasi goreng kampung pedals is good :) the service here was fantastic! Nice ambiance too. Resort located on hill so driving up can be a challenge but worth it. Short distance to the parking after all.

Nice location and good maintenance makes it a perfect holiday destination. The breakfast doesn't have much variety though as it serves only basic local and western food. The rooms are quite nice with chairs outside the room to enjoy the cool weather...

Stayed here for 3 nights on the special promo with breakfast and dinner included. Really good value for clean rooms, fantastic view, well maintained garden and great food. I was looking for birds and flowers to photograph and found it all within the compound. Check in was fast and efficient. Only downside was the sound of karaoke from the stalls... More

I rate it a 3.5 stars accommodation. Comfortable & clean. I only book it for the view of Mount Kinabalu from chalet's front deck. Be sure to wake up early morning to catch the glorious & majestic view of Mt Kinabalu daybreak sunshine. Cloud often starts covering the mountain by 9am.

I always wanted to come to Kundasang, spend overnight just to see the mountain in the early morning. My guide actually recommended another place but I changed my mind to this resort. I was very fortunate to get a mountain view superior room which happened to be available that day. The reception was friendly and swift, the room was good... More

Stayed there w our infant and toddler! We loved it! Views were amazing - had great sunset and sunrise views from our patio! Gorgeous! Dinner was very hearty - loved the veg dishes although brekkie was simple. Would have loved to do a bbq there next time! Kids loved walking through the resort - from the viewing platform, to the... A terrible place, was looking forward staying in Pine Resort after 2 night's stay in a Longboat lodge. Completely disappointed, the restaurant was like a canteen and the food was served cold. Only two towels in the bathroom and not allowed to give an extra 2 per room.

The views are the main reason for staying at this resort. We had a premium room which was a good size with a large bathroom and walk in shower. The room was very clean and comfortable enough. The blanket on the bed could be better but the sheets were good quality and a really comfortable bed. The pillows on first... More

The chalet is cosy with beautiful view of Mount Kinabalu. The downside of this place is they don't have restaurant to cater for your lunch or dinner. Make sure you get some take away from the city centre.
