This hotel is just off the interstate, but far enough away you could not hear the road noise. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Continental bkfst had no protein option except sugar filled yogurt. But that is how some places serve the Breakfasts. Employees at the front desk were pleasant, but not super welcoming.

This place was disgusting. It was so gross we got up and left without staying. The whole place reeked of smoke, was super dirty and outdated, the final straw was finding a roach when we pulled back the covers on the bed. The only good part was getting a refund when we left.

Very nice facility. upper scale Econolodge. Large, spacious rooms. also (a plus) is that the sink.mirror is outside of the toilet/shower bathroom. This is a plus for 'moving' in the morning. Excellent shower pressure. The breakfast area was spacious and plentiful. Besides the usual continental items (pastry, cereal, juice) yogurt, waffles, fruit were also offered. The only cons of this... More

We stayed overnight on our way up north. Almost everything was okay, not really outstanding in any way. I would not stay again because the water in the pipes, when you turn on the sink or shower, is so loud it's like an alarm going off. It was impossible to sleep, as people in our room or the ones next... More

Stayed here for one night. Only complaint was that I found a couple hairs in the tub otherwise it was very clean. Nice comfortable firm beds and they give you a choice of pillow, either firm or soft. (There were two of each on the bed and they were labeled) Microwave and Fridge in room. I would definitely stay here... More

Please note that this hotel is on Merle Hay Rd. This is not the "Fairground" hotel. We tried the Super 8 across the street and found it under renovation. It was late so when we left the Super 8, we just drove across the street to the Econo Lodge. It was our first time staying at one and we didn't... More

Econolodges can have quite the swing in quality and this one isn't to bad. The property is somewhat older, but well maintained. Large building with quite a few rooms. Parking was adequate. Everything was clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Room layout was different as the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom as was the bathroom light switch so you must... More

We stayed Friday through Monday and all in all the hotel was fine for the price. The man who was cleaning the breakfast area did a very good job even though it was very crowded and busy. The other areas of the hotel were fairly clean and our room was adequate although the furniture had lots of scratches. The bed... More

It's a dump. But a decent dump, if you know what I mean. My room was clean and had thoroughly decent linens. But the carpets are worn and stained, the tile in the bathroom is yellowed, and until I turned on the A/C it smelled mildewy in there. Still, I found a coupon in a booklet at a rest stop... More
