This B&B is run by a charming lady. She was so interesting to talk to and fixed a delicious breakfast. There are actually two houses that make up the Lanning House...the original one and then the Annex House (built in 1920). I had called a few days prior to our arrival, asking questions about the Lanning House accommodations. I went ahead and reserved adjoining rooms after speaking with Mrs. Hart. I felt welcome the second I walked in. This charming house has rooms with private and semi-private baths. The value was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. This is a nice quiet bed and breakfast. We were on our way to Cincinatti on our motorcycle and decided to stay here. Our room was nice and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful!!!
