We've been coming to the White House for 7 years now, and fortunately still have several visits ahead of us between now and May 2017 when our youngest graduates from Saint Joseph's College. We have stayed in every room and love them all. Sally and Fred are wonderful hosts and have become great friends. Sally's breakfasts are to die for,...

Breakfast was OK, meager portions, not heaping as stated by other reviewers. Nicely decorated. Don't misunderstand me, nice stay but very average as B and B's go. I would stay here again only because there is no competition in town and the holiday inn is usually full. Sally and Fred are very nice people and genuine in their offerings. By...

Wow, what an experience!! We stayed at the White House B&B for 3 nights and wanted to stay so much longer. The owners are such incredible people who make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door, no mater when, we arrived pretty late at night. Each morning there was a different breakfast served promptly at...

We had a great stay in the wonderful Cottage Retreat at the White House. It really felt like a retreat with the large whirlpool tub, thick robes, super comfy bed and relaxing atmosphere. This B&B gets top marks in all areas: The hosts are very accommodating, the place is spotless and has been lovingly cared for. It's quiet with a...

I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the delightful company of owners Fred and Sally. Convenient location off of I65 in homey Rensselaer, Indiana. Victorian decorations are beautiful yet functional. Rooms are private and no expence was spared to make them comfortable. Worth a visit.

We had a wonderful experience staying at The White House B&B in my home town of Rensselaer, IN, while we were there for a family wedding. I'd walked by the B&B countless times growing up and since moving to Arizona and finally had the opportunity to stay there. The late 1800's house and the guest rooms are beautifully furnished with...

This is a lovely B&B in the small community of Rensselaer, IN. The hosts have taken care of your every need before you even realize it. The decor of all the rooms (we've stayed in 2) have a Victorian elegance and are just beautiful and spacious, with all the modern updates required in the 21st century. The breakfasts are simply...

Visited my hometown in Rensselaer and stayed at this wonderful inn again. The hosts, Fred and Sally are wonderful inn owners - with great memories - they recalled the ages of my sons from the first visit we stayed in 2010. Peace, quiet and a wonderful gourmet breakfast are what awaits you if you choose this great B&B. Cookies and...

Rensselaer is my hometown and this is such lovely place to stay when returning. Our most recent visit was a few weeks ago and the quality was as top notch as ever. Wonderful bedroom, great bathroom, delicious breakfast, gracious hosts. And interesting conversation at the breakfast table to boot.

Sally and Fred are gracious hosts. They knew our names when we arrived and we had a nice conversation and tour upon our arrival. We pre-ordered the cheese tray which was very welcome to these hungry travelers. Breakfast was incredibly delicious: yogurt with bananas and pecans; mountaintop bacon; orange french toast. Sally is especially sensitive to those with allergies/special food...
