The Homestead was better than we ever could have imagined for our two night Valentine get-away! The room was immaculate and beautiful, and decorated for Valentines, including candy that was so thoughtfully distributed around our room. Breakfast on both days was amazing! Neither one of us are big breakfast eaters, however, Nancy prepared such fabulous meals both days that we...

My wife and I planned for a trip to the Brown County areas, and in doing so we began looking for a place to stay a couple of months in advance. We prefer B&Bs when possible, and after a quick search we saw that the 1875 B&B was a hands down winner. My wife called and spoke with one of...

We stayed here for a long weekend of hiking and mountain biking and loved it. The breakfast was large and fabulous. We had an upstairs bedroom and would recommend staying in the house so you can use the kitchen and enjoy time by the fireplace which was always burning. The location is outside of Nashville and very close to the...

We had so much fun! They are so hospitable and kind here. Impeccable room could not have been any cleaner or more comfortable. We will definitely have to come back. So relaxing and quiet! Breakfast was delicious. We made a nice camp fire one night. They have 24hr snacks and drinks. Could not have asked for a nicer place. Thank...

Said it before and will say it again...we love this place. The innkeepers are the Bomb! Nancy and Manuel make the little details pop. From the napkins at breakfast, folded by Manuel, to the fuzzy and plump towels and extra pillows and yummy food! The fellowship is always stimulating and welcome since we have six children and rarely get adult...

Too many great things to say about the 1875 Homestead Bed and Breakfast. Everything is clean, fresh, comfy cozy in the rooms. The homemade food is spectacular. The friendly service is personal and makes you feel at home! The little touches here and there (many hot chocolate choices, homemade cookies, puzzles, card games, movie library, etc.) make this a wonderful...

My husband and I have stayed at 1875 probably a dozen times or more over the past 15 years. It's the ONLY place we stay when visiting Brown Co. It's clean, gorgeous, comfy and inviting. Manny and Nancy are super-friendly but they don't overdo it. The rooms have all the comforts of home, soft sheets and towels, fireplace, plush carpets,...

For the last 5 years we have stayed at one location in beautiful Brown County Indiana, near the pleasant town of Nashville Indiana. The fist reason is because we truly enjoy our Host, Nancy and Manuel Gunn. The second reason is value, for what it cost us to stay and all the many extra things we have access to, it...

A friend and I had a very nice ladies weekend in Nashville. The Homestead is lovely, cozy, warm and inviting. There are antiques and interesting items to discover in each room; all of which are open to the guests. Breakfast was very nice and the hostess was exceptionally friendly. I'm looking forward to returning next year.

We have stayed at this location for the last 3 autumns. Manuel & Nancy are the best. They really know how to spoil you! The Homestead has become home to us these past 3 years. It is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you could ever need. Love sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine and great...
