We were greeted the moment we arrived by the lovely Nancy and were given the grand tour of the place. Each room is beautifully decorated and has all the charm and elegance you would expect from a Victorian bed and breakfast. We had reserved the Maple Leaf room for 2 nights and I have to say that I think we...

Beautiful place with amazing breakfast and friendly awesome staff! Very clean. Beautifully landscaped. We will return and do highly recommend. This is very close to shops and restaurants in Nashville.

My husband and I came for a quick weekend honeymoon and had an excellent time! The location was perfect, close enough to town but far enough to be away from the crowds. We stayed in the Oak Room and it was great. Very clean, soft sheets/bedding, the best bath towels ever and it had a separate sitting area with Tv...

This was my 3rd stay here. Breakfast is the best and plentiful. Nancy is a fabulous chef. Sycamore room is cozy and very comfortable. I love the house and the fireplace room. I also love that water, tea and soft drinks are always available. Fire pit outside was nice to sit around as well. Wonderful hospitality. Prices of the rooms...

My family and I were returning customers to the 1875 homestead, and yet again we were not disappointed! We spent two nights at the B&B and enjoyed our time there very much. Our room was very accommodating and comfortable. The bedding is extremely plush and soft. The towels in the bathroom are very soft and we felt very pampered. Our...

My husband and I stayed in the Maple Leaf room which was very cozy and comfortable. We both slept really well on the king sized bed. Unfortunately the power went out in the entire town during our stay but the owners were very accommodating and gave us plenty of candles and lanterns - it was like we were really in...

My wife and I decided to visit Brown County from Cincinnati for a weekend getaway. Based on TripAdvisor reviews, we stayed at 1875 Homestead. We weren't disappointed. Our room, the Oak Room, was lovely, large, and comfortable (including the king bed). There was a small TV with basic cable and a DVD player (lots of DVDs available), and the bathroom...

What a refreshing relaxing stay! Nancy serves a beautiful home style yet gourmet breakfast. Period antiques in a Victorian house with three guest rooms, four common rooms, and a country kitchen open for guests to use. Also a tasteful addition of three larger rooms with whirlpool tub and sitting areas by fireplace. Impeccably clean. Great value!

I am a nurse who works 50 plus hours a week with alzheimers patients so I needed badly a weekend getaway. I am also very very picky and will only reserve one night at a time in case I don't like. I stayed two nights and would have stayed longer but had to go back to work. Loved this place....

The Homestead was better than we ever could have imagined for our two night Valentine get-away! The room was immaculate and beautiful, and decorated for Valentines, including candy that was so thoughtfully distributed around our room. Breakfast on both days was amazing! Neither one of us are big breakfast eaters, however, Nancy prepared such fabulous meals both days that we...
