We have long meant to overnight in Brown County, just down the hill from our home. We finally did, and could not have been more pleased with our choice of the 1875 Homestead Bed and Breakfast. We stayed in the "best" room, The Maple Leaf Room, with a king bed, in-room 2-person jacuzzi, and private bathroom. It was beautifully appointed,...

I cannot say enough about our stay at this nostalgic home, located just outside of Nashville, Indiana. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Nancy, who took us on a brief tour of this amazing piece of history. The decor and atmosphere brought back memories of my childhood and sparked a feeling of relaxation for both my husband and me. Our...

Great place! This place is beautiful and relaxing, just minutes away from downtown Nashville shopping. The inn keepers are so very nice and go beyond to accommodate you. Breakfast is amazing. We have been here before and plan on returning. Love it!

This year we celebrated a birthday in Brown County. We were once again welcomed by Nancy & Manuel to their beautiful Victorian B&B. Every amenity is considered & surpassed. This is our fourth Autumn to Brown County. We have spent all of those years at this very welcoming accommodation. Love the food, meeting new people and relaxing in this lovely...

Could not book dates through T.A., so called them personally. Reservation was promptly made and food sensitivities discussed. Room was ready when we arrived and SUPER CLEAN. The place has nice sitting rooms in the main house and well-stocked kitchen for our use. After a quiet, restful night; breakfast was a genuine treat and sensitivities respected. A definite repeat.

My wife and I stayed here for our first anniversary and we loved it! It is located very close to the State Park and downtown Nashville so there is plenty to get out and do. They provide free snacks & cookies throughout the day as well as free soft drinks. The breakfast is amazing! It tasted delicious and we never...

What a wonderful place for relaxation and peace and quiet! A nice get away from home for the weekend. 1875 Homestead B&B is immaculate. This room was very clean and breakfast was beyond expectations. Nancy outdid herself. I would recommend this B&B to family and friends. Hope to go back again in the future.

Another great place we found thanks to TripAdvisor. Manuel and Nancy obviously love their place and their roles as hosts and we felt very well-taken-care of. We ended up staying an extra night because we felt so relaxed there. And yes, the breakfasts were indeed amazing -- looking for lunch became an irrelevant or at least much-delayed activity!

We love to come every year. Our favorite home away from home. Manuel and Nancy are beautiful people. So kind and helpful. All the extra touches and thoughtful ways they express their hospitality. Bedding, cleanliness, towels, chocolates, fresh cookies and pop. Nice little touches. The breakfasts are awesome and very filling. The dishes and linens are quaint and beautiful. Manuel...
