I am saddened about what this property has turned into. I used to manage this property when it was a Lees inn and suites and i have to say it is a pathetic shell of what it used to be. The rooms stink..the jacuzzi rooms are horrible unclean and poorly maintained....its really sad that the owners have let it degrade... More

We had stayed there a year before and it was tolerable. Thanksgiving night 2013, we had booked a room; it was very inexpensive. We got there and they were really busy...booked solid. When we got in our room, it was gross. Old, stained carpet...worn, stained bedspread...gross, gross, gross. The pool was illkept but smelled of bleach, with residual mold underneath.... More

This is pretty much an "above-average" facility that works out fine for a short visit to Muncie. We received a free upgrade to an Executive room which was much better than standard (size-wise). Everything was clean, but the rooms really need "modernization". The TV was an older Phillips fat console and the remote wouldn't work. Fixtures were normal, but probably... More

When we pulled up I hesitated going in because the white paint over the brick had chipped off in large pieces. Walked into the lobby and had some hope seeing the large chandelier even though it was from the 80's but yet it looked nice. After finding out the rates I told the clerk that we needed to see the... This is an older property and unfortunately does need some up-grades with furniture and painting, etc. We have stayed here 3 times, and for the value, it suits us fine. Always ask and they will try to give you the best room they have, plus I've alway been able to get a small refrigerator for the room. Housekeeping staff has... More

It's the only hotel that had rooms available, and now we know why. The room had a slight smell; there were very few power outlets and some of them didn't work; the room and hotel was in disrepair (walls need painted, wallpaper needed replaced). The power was off most the night we were there, making it difficult to sleep. They... More

This King suite was very comfortable. I would have liked to had a fridge/microwave. The entrance to where my room was by the swimming pool area would not except my key card. The breakfast was delicious. The biscuits and gravy was excellent.

Room smelled like it had been under water and dried out partially. Wet musty smell was so bad it took us a few hours to get used to the stench and fall asleep. We woke up the next morning only to find that the digital clock in the room was set an hour ahead. We woke the teenagers up one... More

If you like the look and smell of the '80s, by all means book here. The staff was very nice, the location excellent, and the breakfast was there, but nothing to write home about (no fresh fruit, but canned fruit cocktail?) The carpets looked dirty, as did the doors. It was old, dated, smelly, I and wouldn't stay here again.... More
