We checked into the Hacienda at around 3pm on the 15th July 2021, the room was pleasant, clean and had everything we wanted for a great 2 night stay. Approximately 2 hrs later we were loading up to travel back to Melbourne because of the snap lockdown. The owners were wonderful, they refunded both nights accommodation even though we would have been happy with 1 night being charged. This will now be our go to motel in Geelong, cannot recommend highly enough.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Upon arrival the room stank of stale cigarette smoke and the smell lingered the entire stay. I was not told at the time of check in the pool was unusable. The shower was dirty and level of cleanliness in the room was not up to standards. When packing my bags the following morning I noticed a condom beside the bin, obviously from a previous guest. How staff/ cleaners failed to see this is beyond me. Would not recommend anyone stay at this filthy dump

Lovely reception and service. Spent a quick night here before going on the great ocean road. Was comfortable but had quite thin walls - not sure if the couple next to us were sitting on the chair right on the other side of the wall but we could hear quite a bit of what they were saying late at night.

Very friendly welcome. Was given all required information for my stay, which was reinforced in the provision of an excellent guest compendium in the room. There was also plenty of local sights and travel information available in the reception area. Room itself was relatively basic regards decor but very well furnished, including a large comfortable bed. Also has a wonderful workbench from which to write. Tea/coffee facilities and supplies also provided. Had a good-sized bathroom with excellent shower. Plenty of complimentary toiletries. Servicing of the room for the two days spent there was sadly minimal. Excellent marked parking provided. Very well located in a quiet neighborhood to shops and eateries, and an excellent location from which to access the Great Ocean Road. Absolute excellent free Wi-Fi, and value for money.…

A top choice for a night or two close to Geelong Waterfront. Delightful greeting at reception, a clean and well appointed room with a rage of toiletries. Walking distance to Geelong RSL who serve an excellent value meal too. Free wifi.

Stayed for two nights in a two bedroom apartment. Was pleasantly surprised with the size and facilities. My boys were very excited to have a tv in their room. Place was very clean and although not fancy had everything we needed. Great value for money.

This Motel was very basic but all I needed for a couple of nights stay to visit family in Geelong.The bed was comfy and the shower was good.My only wish was that I could have bought some water....the only thing in the fridge was milk.I enjoyed my stay as it was close to the shops in Belmont.

Had an overnight stay here recently. The room was very clean & the bed was very comfy with nice linen. Bathroom was also good with a good shower. Only recommendation I would make to the owners is to put up a small sign adjacent to the jug, fridge & microwave that the cups & cutlery are in a small cupboard right at the front door of the room which is nowhere near the jug & is not an intuitive place to put them. I initially thought that they were not in the room & could not raise anyone at the office at 7:45am. Only noticed the cupboard when reentering the room. Doh!

my husband and I regularly stay here when having a night out in Geelong, The motel is in walking distance to the venue we go to and allows us both to have a drink without worry about driving an hour to home.

I have stayed here several times for work and i will continue to stay here every time i am in Geelong. Service is great, especially for the price you pay. location is very convenient. I would recommend if you are not after luxury, book here. They also have a pool!
