We rode in on motorcycles, the ride was beautiful coming into French Lick. We stayed just one night at the hotel. I will say one night stay is not enough to enjoy this beautiful resort. took the shuttle bus up to the golf course, sat at the historical bar there and had some of the best nacho's ever, so good... This was a very unique resort that we stayed at for a conference. The conference venue was very nice and the hotel rooms were satisfactory. The hotel is old, but well maintained. The casino was very smokey, but to be expected. Restraint options were plentiful and were all quite good. Enjoyed my stay.

I've been coming to French Lick about 4 times a year for the last 8 years. I love the hotel (awesome pool!), the winery (great food!), & West Baden. This place is a great getaway! It's hard to do/see it all in one trip. Plenty for kids to do with the water park, horseback riding, etc.

This was my first time visiting this hotel and I was really impressed. Everything has been immaculately restored and its as if you've taken a step back in time. Our king room was a little on the small side, but had a neat view overlooking the courtyard. We enjoyed visiting the attached casino each night...though I wouldn't recommend eating at... More

This is the most beautiful hotel in the southern Indiana area. Very functional, great restaurants, activities for children and adults. In the summer time the outside pool is great. In the winter time the indoor pool is great. The casino is very nice. And the steak house has a very good selection of cuts and long wine list. Pleasant place... More

We (me, daughter & grand kids) spent 3 nights at French Lick. It is a fabulous resort, the hotel is historical & the lobby is gorgeous. The resort offers so many options, indoor & outdoor pools, spa, 3 golf courses, horseback riding, bike & surrey rental, hiking, many food options, shops, casino, bowling, foot golf, & more. Service was excellent... More

I took my 3 kids to French Lick this past weekend, we had never been there before so we didn't know what to expect. The resort was beautiful,it was like taking a step back in time. The only problems we had were with house keeping. It was awful, we had a pull out sofa and a king size bed. The... More

I've been going to this hotel/resort since the late 70's. It's really come a long way from when they shoe horned the rooms and bathrooms in to a "decent" room. There has been a lot of effort to make this resort quality but there is only so much you can do with a 100 year old facility. The rooms are... More

Stayed here for a conference and brought the family for a mini vacation before school started. I was pleasantly surprised at how kid-friendly this place is! There is a great indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool. There were smores and movie night at the pool area. There is a nice bowling alley in the lower level with arcade... More

A friend and I went down for just a short weekend away from work. The staff greeted us with smiles and were all so friendly. They helped us out when we got lost! The room was awesome and the breakfast buffet could not have been better. Coudos to all the staff.
