We have stayed in Bed and Breakfasts and Inns almost exclusively for 30 years. Our experiences have ranged from high end luxury to small and intimate to rustic. The Ivy House gets it right on all levels. Innkeeper Linda is a gem and provides one of the most restful experiences in recent memory. The Inn is immaculate. The breakfasts are...

Lovely home in quiet town outside Indianapolis. Linda is a friendly, gracious hostess who cooks a super breakfast set at an elegant dining table. We stayed in the Boston Ivy room: comfortable queen bed with private bath across the hall (dressing gowns provided). Our room was a bit tight, but we were only in it to sleep. Interesting history to...

Ivy House Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay. My husband and I spent a 3 day weekend in Fortville in October 2015 and Jim and Linda made us feel at home immediately. Linda serves a fabulous breakfast that is presented beautifully. Ivy House has a very comfortable atmosphere and makes it easy to relax.

We were traveling on motorcycle to visit a friend for Graduation. I booked this a few weeks in advance and we were so pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome, quality of the room, and excellent breakfast! On our last day we loaded up our bike to hit the road, but ended up sitting on the side-porch for several hour reading...

We went here to celebrate a wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. This almost 100 year old house has been transformed into a very lovely, warm B&B. Being located in Fortville, IN, it is close to shopping, restaurants, and area attractions, but still out away from the city to enjoy the peace and quiet. Visitors can enjoy a large outdoor...

We stayed at the Ivy House on 8/29/15. Our wonderful hosts were Jim and Linda. They were very nice, provided us with a tour of the house, including some very interesting history of the house. Our room was immaculate and very appealing after a long drive. We had the king bed and the bathroom was very spacious with a soaking...

This was our second stay at Ivy House. The second stay was as wonderful as our first. Linda does an exceptional job making our stay everything we could hope for. From making fresh brownies, fresh coffee, delicious breakfast to immaculate housekeeping, it was a pleasant two night stay. We will definitely return.
