I went for a Friday/Saturday night for a trip to Mammoth cave and Holiday World with family. The hallways and rooms had a small of mold/mildew. Front desk staff was rude and did bare minimum. Not even a smile or thank you at check in....More
Staff & the accommodations: splendid! Rooms/suites: well-furnished & spotlessly clean. My wife & I slept better there than we have in quite some time. Julie & Charlie at check-in solved every question with smiles!

Very pricey hotel for what it is. they actually charge you more than they say. When you would sit on the edge of the bed it would flip up. Also the Breakfast was terrible. I would recommend staying else where.

I personally stayed at this hotel with my Service dog with no issues. According to the ADA access cannot be denied, and hotels cannot charge extra for a service dog directly related to a mental of physical disability. They seem very familiar with these laws!
