Had a pretty nice stay here this week. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Richard the banquet manager was especially nice at breakfast each morning! A few issues with bathroom hardware and air conditioner loud screeching when on, but other than that - would stay here again! Room was clean and bed and pillows super comfy! Our room overlooked the courtyard and people were partying late into the night on Friday and Saturday. Also kids running around the hallways yelling. Some kind of sports thing going on with kids this weekend.
We were in Indy for some basketball. We didn’t want to stay downtown so we ventured north. You could see this hotel right off of the highway but you had to go out of the way to actually get there. Lots of restaurants pretty close by with in a 5 minute drive. We had a suite and it was very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was not very large but was warm. We wished they would have had a hot tub also. Staff was very friendly.
5 stars may be a touch high for this hotel. Nothing overly special about the room or pool area. No hot tub. A couple reasons for the 5 stars. The biggest reason is the above average breakfast. During these covid times, getting any type of decent breakfast is tough. However, this hotel did provide hot items for breakfast that were served to you. Also, enjoyed the bar. They do provide a limited menu for some lunch/dinner options. My daughter had a turkey club and said it was very good.
We had the king executive suite which was very nice and large. The hotel itself was great. The location was really odd and off the beaten path. Once you figured that out, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Fine 1 night stay. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. Friendly front desk. Very comfortable beds. Nice heat. Great TV. And then look was open and they have a bar and restaurant in the lobby. The place also has huge parking space that is off the beaten path on its own in a business park.
