Stayed at this little boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious, fairly clean but the whole place is looking a little tired. The bed was comfortable which was the saving grace. The high-lite was the breakfast served to our room. This I would give a 5 star rating. Fresh, tasty and great presentation.

Very cute little motel/hotel; looks like somebody had fun decorating this place 20 years ago. Staff are sweet and breakfast is charming. But none of that matters when the bed is uncomfortable, and it was. I can handle outdated bathrooms and kitschy decor, but don't charge me over $100/night for a bed I can't sleep in.

Theme based older hotel that serves breakfast to your room. Rooms are like small apartments, Nice porch sitting area with rocking chairs. Walking distant to town. A bit over priced, but cute and very good breakfast

3 of us girls stayed here for a night so we could hit August Hill Winery. The room was HUGE and the couch is very comfortable as one of us ended up sleeping on the couch. The beds are comfortable but are very squeaky!. The bathroom is huge and they even deliver breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was homecooked...

The food, service, cocktails were awesome. Very good portion for the price. One of the very best Lamb Chops I've ever had. Can't wait to go back. Asking for gift cards from my family for Christmas. Yummy

Just got back yesterday, Ideal spot if you want to see and hike the surrounding parks. Walking distance to the little town of North Utica. WiFi was a no go in our room, but it was good to get off the grid for a few days. Service was fantastic, anything you need, they'll get it. Wish that we could choose...

We stayed in #4. The cons: every wall is scuffed and dirty, particularly the kitchen, that has grease splatters. The bathtub drains is so slow that you're left standing in your own shower by the end. The toilet flush emits a high squeak that you can hear from outside. The "sofa bed" in the living room is a futon with visible...

We stayed at the Willows over Valentines Day, while attending the Utica Wine Walk, and it could not have been more convenient. The hotel is very quaint, with homey touches in the public areas. The curtains on the porch add a romantic and whimsical touch. In the light of day, the Safari room looks a bit worn and in need...

Utica is a neat little town just across the river from starved rock state park. The Willows is described as a quaint botique hotel but just doesn't match that description. The room I was in was more of an extended stay (larger with a microwave and small fridge) that should be $60-70 a night, not $145.
