We felt very welcome and found it very comfortable. It was quiet and pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The whole experience was very good, and we would be very happy to stay there in the future.

Hotel clean and friendly. Facilities spot on. Meals in the pub, The old bell excellent. Staff were very helpful. Disable room and adjoining room were all you could expect. Parking facilities were ample.

Nice pleasant stay at hotel. Not too far from Reading centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would have wanted extra was extra tea/milk but that of course could have been obtained in reception. Ate evening meals and breakfast at the pub across the road. Pleasant food and drink. Would stay again.

On arriving the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating , we had dinner first as we arrived late after a day at legoland. The pub was nice although food took a while to arrive with 2 extremely hungry and tired children was a challenge. Very hid friendly though, The Family room was comfortable and cosy but didn't have a bath...

We booked the hotel at the last minute and after our last stay in the Cirencester hotel I was nervous. When we arrived 3 hours later the lady greeted us with a big welcome. No problems at all with the stay. Room was as we expected for a Premier Inn. My biggest criticism is the location description - it is...

Professionally refurbished PI, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff and one of the most dilicious freshly cooked PI breakfasts in the Old Bell just over the car park. A bit tricky to find without a nav.

Perfect stop over for Reading Half Marathon. Quiet location with a great pub on the grounds serving excellent food. Would definitely return if staying in that area again. The staff were very helpful and as we were leaving too early for breakfast we were directed to a local Tesco, just down the road.

A friend and i travelled up for a race and stayed here and on arrival were greeted by the friendliest lady (Laura) who was most welcoming . The room was clean and well equipped. Laura again more than happy to assist us with directions and our awkward breakfast needs. Would definitley return.
