We went the last week of holidays. 2 adults and 4 kids ages from 10,16,17,18. It was a 3 bedroom self contained unit. Had everything we need plus full kitchen with full size fridge/freezer. FOXTEL etc. Very comfortable beds. 2 times queen and two singles.
Balconies on all sides with beautiful water views and city/hill views.
Great pools two of them. Tennis court. Sauna and games/ library/board games room.
Close to shops, beach, theme parks. Shopping centres were only five minutes away. Lovely little coffee shop across road and 7 eleven too.
Quite and relaxing. Lockup parking.
If we needed anything they were very helpful.
We never had any problems or complaints.
Would recommend.

Our apartment was fantastic for 2 adults and 3 children, awesome views from every room and balcony. This apartment has been renovated and was perfect for us. A few minor issues which were more annoying really, 2 toilets with no spare toilet paper, a quick trip to the 7/11 across the road for supplies and no washing powder, usually you get a one scoop starter satchel. Extemely comfortable and spacious. Great cafes and restaurants 2 mins walk away. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your review following your stay with us. We appreciate all feedback and use this to improve a guest stay. 2 rolls of toilet paper are supplied with each toilet and more available for purchase at reception. We now provide laundry powder in each unit for guests so that they are able to do a couple of loads without having to purchase any for a short stay. More is available for purchase at reception. thank you Diane

stayed in october the rooms were spacious no problems abt that however was very dissapointed as the apartment we stayed in had no air con, only fan in the two rooms, there was no screen door on the sliding doors very dangerous considering we needed some air in the apartment but couldnt open the doors because of the safety of our 11month old son, we also had to move the bed to the wall so my son wldnt fall off the bed 2nd night he did wad very upset, manager thought we moved furniture around and was suspicious we had other people staying in the apartment, i would check your security surveillance cameras, we only moved the bed near the wall for our son, was very disgusted at the carpet in the bedroom black dirty under the bed when moved, i will not stay here again would recommend not for families with children very dissapointed, could at least moved us to a better apartment to accommodate us and a 11month old son. That is all and that other pool n spa next to villa was dirty had leaves in it n even a bug in the spa unbelievable.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment (High-rise), our confirmation letter stated this. When we arrived late on Friday night ( 7/11/14) we were given instructions to get to our 'Villa' (On ground level, Number 1 I think it was, which was a total dive. It smelt. The carpets were gross. The blinds were disgusting. It was really old fashioned. The website states the rooms all have air conditioning - we had none at all! The 2nd bedroom where my son was 'trying' to sleep was so hot, no ceiling fan even, we opened the windows and the traffic was so crazy loud. He ended up sleeping in our bed all night. Saturday morning we went and seen Diane at reception who was nice as pie to our face, But tried to keep correcting us, saying we had not booked an apartment. We tried to explain to her, Yes we had booked an apartment and I tried explaining about my son who would not sleep as it was so hot and noisy, which she insisted 'kids are always unsettled away from home' She would not listen at all. We said how the website stated there was air con, and she kept saying 'There is a pedestal fan in the cupboard you could have used'. There were no other rooms available to move to so we all agreed we would go find new accommodation for the weekend and Diane would refund our deposit we had made online of $117. Well later Saturday we received a really rude email from Diane saying pretty much all of the above ^^^ and there fore 'I am doing something I should not be doing by not taking full payment for the booking'. My understanding of 'not taking full payment' means she won't be refunding us at all. Well it is now Tuesday (11/11/14) and as you guessed we still have not received our refund. I just phoned to talk to Diane and conveniently she's not there today. The photos on the website are so deceiving. Which Diane admitted to herself.

The holiday unit in the 3 level walk up building near the street is our budget accommodation and priced accordingly. It is a clean and comfortable unit although has not been renovated. This unit has recently had the carpet replaced, a new rug in the lounge and a new ceramic cook top.

Say no more! Don't be fooled by the promos on the Last Minute Websites. We booked a two bedroom unit, three adults and a child and were given an absolute dog! The curtains didn't close. The water ran cold after 4 minutes .. (1 shower for an apartment accommodating four guests ..) cigarette butts all over the deck .. key swipes wouldn't work .. the stairwell smelt like rotting carpet .. You had to unlock the door to get out but anyone could come up the stairs .. security and safety are not paramount. There were no mattress protectors on any of the beds ... cold spa for three days ...in short disgusting ..

What an absolutely hidden gem, we will most certainly be back. The views were to die for, we really didn't want to leave our appartment, it was so spacious with everything we needed. We could see all the way down to Coolangatta.

Stayed in apartment (40) 3 bedroom with great views from all rooms. Booking Priest/Lonsdale. All prior communication was professional. Owner (Dianne) was extremely accommodating. The apartment itself was dated & 2nd bathroom was in need of some tile renovation but in saying this it was definitely worth the cost. Free parking however no wifi in apartments/only on ground floor.

My partner & I, along with some family members stayed in the two bedroom villa which was beautiful. It's spacious and very modern, with gorgeous views of the surrounding bays and Stradbroke. The only flaw was the air conditioning did not reach down to the bedrooms which heated up quite quickly with the Queensland humidity but all in all a great weekend away!

We stayed in a 3 bedded & had a wonderful stay waking up to the superb view of the rising sun.

When we arrived, we were given the options to choose from 2 units by the manager, Bradley. He, by the way, had been a very helpful hosts, great humored & informative.

Our stay of 5 nights were complimented by the easy access to the theme parks. The bus stop serves buses to Surfers Paradise, Harbour Town & reaching Airport was a beeeze with the bus passes we purchase.

Great stay especially with free wifi provided, 7-11 just round the corner & small cafes nearby. Worth the money spent particularly in keeping all 7 of us together in one fab unit!!

Dianne and Kevin were lovely, had a minor issue and one phone call and Kevin was up fixing it within minutes,

I had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 15th floor, the views were lovely however, the beds could use with updating, this is possibly the only fault I could find with the apartment.

Just a note: Wifi is only available in public areas

Answer from Kevin and Diane M
Gold Coast, Australia
Hello Ryan The Villa accommodation is the one without waterfront views. It is in the 3 level walk up building near the street and has views over one of our two pools and gardens. The waterfront tower is at the end of the driveway and right beside the broadwater. The seond pool sits behind the seawall. thank you for your enquiry Ryan. regards Diane
