Clean, warm, comfortable, great location with a nice short stroll into Bath. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Friendly hosts who were very helpful with their knowledge of the area. Would highly recommend this guest house, we will be back.

We stayed for two nights. It was clean and well maintained. The proprietors were very friendly, and had lots of useful advice on the area. It's about a 20 minute walk from the town center along the road, longer if you walk along the river.

We visited here over the bank holiday weekend and could not fault it! We were allowed to park in the drive before check in and so were able to arrive and wander into bath without worrying about parking. We were met at the door by John who showed us to our room and brought us up a tray of tea...

My partner and I arrived around 10pm and John opened the door to greet us. He was very accommodating and done some special touches to the room requested by my partner which were lovely:rose petals and a bucket with ice and 2 glasses. The room was huge and the bed comfortable. Each day we enjoyed a lovely English breakfast. The...
