This beautiful B&B is run by a very nice couple who make you feel at home, you don't want to leave. The rooms and the views are stunning. It's been a while since I visited but I still remember it as if it was yesterday. The grounds are amazing as is the whole estate. I can only recommend it and...

We have been staying at this lovely secluded B&B for the past six years. The host's Mr & Mrs Francis are wonderful. Very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. They have a lovely B&B, set in the most amazing grounds. If you get time, make sure to walk around the gardens. Whatever time you arrive, Tea or Coffee is...

We have just arrived home from another enjoyable stay at Mizzards. Upon arrival, after a long drive, to be greeted with courtesy and tea is a joy.. The accommodation is spacious and such is the quiet location it is easy to oversleep. The breakfasts, within reason your choice and at your time, are excellent. Walk in the gardens after breakfast...

This is the ideal bed and breakfast. The owners are very friendly and hospitable, and cannot do enough to make guests feel welcome. The beautiful old manor house is well kept and amongst lovely grounds with a swimming pool for guests. The breakfasts here are simply delicious with each choice freshly cooked to order and a table full of high...

My husband and I stayed at Mizzards Farm for two nights. Greeted with a cup of tea and biscuits in front of the fire, a cold and drizzly weekend was made up for by a beautiful place to stay and friendly and helpful owners. We will be back in the summer.

We had a fine welcome by the owner who is very well informed about local area and made a good recommendation for local restaurants. The B&B which in my view is as good as many hotels is in a secluded, peacful location. We were made to feel most welcome and were provided with a super breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone...

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Mizzards Farm. It is a beautiful house with a gorgeous garden, within short drive of the South Downs. Harriet and Julian Francis made us feel very welcome. They were very helpful, cooked us lovely breakfasts and the bedrooms are lovely as are the rooms devoted to guests in which we were offered tea...

Having decided he would like to renew an old acquaintance my father asked me to find a suitable residence to stay a couple of nights in the Petersfield area. I looked carefully through the trip advisor reviews and chose Mizzards Farm. This turned out to be an excellent choice. Having braved the M25 Friday afternoon rush we arrived just before...

We've chosen three B&Bs from the Sawday's guide so far and all have been excellent. Mizzards Farm, though, was the best of the lot. A wonderful house in a beautiful position with stunning grounds, it is run by Harriet and Julian who are the very epitome of old-world friendliness and charm. Our bedroom and bathroom were huge, gorgeous and very...

Of all the places we have stayed over the years this was the best, an absolute treat. Beautiful house and gardens with marvellous features especially the four poster and great bathroom. We were treated like honoured guests and nothing was too much trouble for Harriet and Julian. Tables booked, taxis ordered, walks discussed, fires lit, lifts to the village in the...
