Andy was at the front desk when I checked in and they were very helpful and accommodating. The room was nice. They are remodeling to improve and it looking great! The new flooring they are installing as well as updating the exterior of the hotel are going to make this 5 stars before long. All in all a nice stay.

We had a stop over at ORD, this motel was perfect for this purpose. Reasonable price, clean, comfortable, good restaurant at the hotel. Very close to the airport, parking is easy. Breakfast could be better, there was no fresh hot coffee in the evening.

A nice hotel with free shuttle to the airport. There are many reasonable priced food outlets nearby. We found ants in our room. You should not advertise free breakfast if this is not available. You should advise guests on arrival if you cannot offer something they have paid for, not leave it for others to tell them.

Found a dirty, used condom on our night stand when we entered our room. Went right back to the check-in desk and asked for a new room. The room they gave us was a significant downgrade from what we paid for. The chair didn't even work. It was so wobbly, we couldn't sit on it without falling off. Mysterious stain crusted on the toilet seat. It felt like I couldn't sanitize these rooms enough to feel clean in them. Our key card stopped working after our first night, we had to go to the desk and get a new one.
The girls at the front desk were nice and apologetic about it (even though at first, they tried to insinuate it could have been OUR condom ... no), but I was shocked we weren't offered a partial refund. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never seen something that gross just left out like that. Be VERY cautious staying here and bring sanitation wipes to avoid potentially contracting a few diseases while you're there.

Overall was a horrible experience. Never felt safe, whenever we asked for towels there were never any or only hand towels, requested a non smoking room due to asthma but everywhere smelled of smoke and both sets of sheets has burn holes in them, breakfast that was listed was extremely misleading basically 2 types of cereal or a granola bar none of the typical small breakfast things you see at hotels. Super loud at all hours of the nights my kids kept getting woken up.

I waited at the airport for the shuttle that never arrived. When I called they said that I was supposed to schedule it. However, I had called about two weeks prior to ask that question and they said I don’t need to call and that the shuttle would come by the airport every 15-30 minutes. The staff were not helpful and I ended up being at the airport an extra 3 hours and had to pay $45 for an Uber. There was also some problems with noise, I could hear everything that was going on in the surrounding rooms and upstairs.

The front desk personnel,are very helpful,and they go out of their way to get you into a room even if you show up early. The rooms are very clean. I have stayed here 4 times and I for the price they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is very pleasant. I always make it a point to stay here. They also allow semi tru ks with out a trailer. Be sure to check out the restaurant the breakfast foods are great.

Hallways smelled of mold, urine and marijuana , the room looked nothing like the pictures posted. Room smelled of mold , bathroom also smelled bad. Could hear loud music and or TV's from other ajoinining rooms in the cooridor. As with the place down the street you cannot expect much for the price you get what you paid for. During this Covid19 pandemic I personally carry my own bleach wipes and spray disinfectant sanitizer.

!st off the Beds are basically Non Sleep able, they are suck in to the middle from the sides and from top to bottom (Both Beds) There was No Breakfast though I was told they only have Cereal and Sealed Muffins due to Pest Control. But Milk an d I think was Apple Juice was basically all gone. They did have coffee outside the Breakfast room. The internet was down/off in the Morning and Never came back up and the Water for shower was a small stream but did have Hot and Cold so we did get to rinse off.

The hotel smells like old cigarettes and dog urine. My room was disgusting, there were crayon markings all over the room walls. The bathroom walls and celings had holes and water damage. The rug in our room in front of the door was ripped up. Plus we had to sleep on top of the beds because the sheets had stains on them. My friends room wasnt any better and it stunk worse than ours. I had to take pictures and show staff so we weren't charged and they said "oh yea you have room 148, we know about it." Seriously wish someone would have warned us before hand. Dont expect to get any sleep either since ppl were in the hallways talking loudly and playing music all night. Seriously cant wait to go home and get a shower to clean off that smell and some actual sleep.make sure to use both locks and the stick to jam the window, otherwise in the neighborhood your staying at you might get robbed.
